My local Meijer was having problems with their printing machine in the Photo Department, so I sent my job (Christmas cards) to be printed at this location. A day goes by with no confirmation email that the job was completed, so I call. The lady working informs me that their printer is also down but is getting fixed as we speak. Later that night (around 11:15pm) I finally get the confirmation email that the job was printed. Next day (2 days now if you are keeping track) I drive up there (remember this is not my closer, local store) only to find out that it has indeed not been printed and that the email was sent by mistake. Apparently they didnt have the right size paper in stock to print it. Frustrated, I take the rest of my purchases home. When I get home, theres a voicemail waiting for me from the lady who was working there saying that they found a pack of the correct paper and were printing the cards right then. She even said that she tried to catch me on my way out of the store, which I find interesting because the lines were long and slow due to the holidays so I was in the store for awhile after talking to her. Anyway, I cant drive back up there the same day, so I go back up there the next day (day 3). I pick up my order (yay!) and head home. The next morning (day 4), I get the order out to start working on our Christmas cards and realize that, although I ordered and paid for 30, they only printed 15. I got 30 envelopes though, so yay for getting that part right. I called the store to ask about either getting a refund for the other 15 or having them printed and another worker said he could print them within the hour (so this is another trip to the store I had to make) and he also said that the other worker (lady) simply didnt know which paper to use in the first place which is why things were so delayed. This has been, by far, the worst Meijer experience I have ever had.

This is a fantastic Meijer. I have shopped here for the past 7 years and the store is well stocked. My mother lives in Loveland and prefers to shop at our Meijer, as the one by her is always missing stock. The staff at the Colerain Meijer are exceptionally friendly. The bakery is the best. I have ordered many cakes and cupcakes from this Meijer bakery and they were always beautiful and delicious. I reviewed the negative comments and feel a little disappointed. Their photo department staff have always been quick and professional whenever I used them. Also, I think the produce here tastes quite good. I know the meat department here blows Krogers meat department out of the water. However, I want to stress it is this Meijer which has such a great meat department. The one in Deerfield/Loveland is awful. I disagree a bit about employee treatment. I have shopped here for 7 years and the same staff still works here. My husband worked at the Oakley Meijer for years and he said he enjoyed it while employed with them. Perhaps other Meijer are not so great, however the Colerain Meijer is fantastic.

You should go to this particular location if you want to die from lung cancer. It was after midnight last night when I was trying to get in some Christmas shopping and needed to use the restroom. The family restroom by the produce area was nearest. I went in right after an employee finished. From the smell, a cigarette had just been smoked and there were ashes on the toilet seat. At this time of night, I cant imagine it would have been anyone except this employee. Besides the fact that this employee violated Ohio smoke-free workplace laws, I am very sensitive to smoke and I still have a migraine, just from a small exposure in a very confined space. There were also several employees smoking right by the entrance/exit. This looks unprofessional and nonsmokers do not like walking past a cloud of cigarette smoke, just to go shopping. This location needs to establish either a smoke free facility (to inlcude the parking lot) or establish a smoking area in back of the building and enfore it!

This location as recently gone through a renovation to look more like the locations back in Michigan. We stopped here after an afternoon in Cincy for a few items before we headed back to Indy. It was going to be late and this was on the way. We were able to get in and out pretty quickly. From what I could see the floors were clean, and the place was well lit. The vitamin isle I liked because they were organized by brand but not just that but labeled by the brands as well. Made it very easy to find what we needed. I didnt encounter any staff members as I did not need their help. But I saw several around if I needed something. The checkouts were free and clear and helped us get in and out as quickly as we did.

**dont deserve any stars** Stopped in this morning to buy a betta fish. They had dead fish, fish that didnt have enough water in their cups, fish sitting in very dirty water. The betta fish are so miserable they werent even swimming. This is unacceptable. I did call the spca with hopes of having the fish removed. This is a mess. DONT SELL FISH!!! YOUR NOT A PET SHOP!!!!!

I do all of my grocery shopping here. I like that the store is spacious and has everything I need. The specials and MPerks that Meijer offers are great. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are always out of produce thats on sale, and a lot of times the produce they are selling is rotten and you can smell it. Other than that I like Meijer.

Happy with the prices but very disappointed that the meat department was out of everything I asked for. The associate tried very hard to accommodate but the what I needed hadnt come in yet. I was only asking for a cottage ham or a ham shank then neck bones

I tried to use my card that has a chip and it wouldnt recognize it.. tried to swipe. Didnt work. Asked an employee for help and she just said you have to use another card. Didnt try it for me anywhere else. Screw meijers

Better selection of camping and outdoor gear than Walmart and Target. I find that their produce doesnt taste good. Specifically, grapes, pineapple, oranges, and peaches. Somehow Krogers produce tastes much better.

A pleasure to shop at Meijer I know where everything is people are very helpful store is always clean.i have found they run out of things I am looking for and when I check they say truck didnt deliver any.

I Will never go back to the store on Harrison Are. I waited in line for 35 mins. due to very slow cashier and then customer with unreasonable request. I walked away and left my selections on the belt

An incredibly clean location with easy to follow aisles and a beautiful selection of fresh meats and produce that cant be beaten. Ive never been disappointed with the quality at this Meijer.

As a guy who likes Meijer, this one is pretty good. The staff is friendly but forgetful at times and prices are good. When it comes to electronics, you can get good deals here.
