DO NOT purchase an appliance from this store. We bought a refrigerator and waited the ten days for delivery. The delivery team was terrible. Rude and in a hurry, instead of using the steps to our front porch they tried just lifting the refrigerator over the side causing them to drop it denting in the back of the appliance and a column on our front porch. They then tried to talk us into keeping it because "the dent is in the back and no one will see it" or " you can turn around and sell it and make some money off of it"...... Our old fridge they hauled away was laid down and pushed of the porch, once again instead of using the stairs because that requires extra work.... God forbid. Which caused damage to the carpet on our porch. We were told 3-4 days for a new one and at three days I called to check and I was told it would be an additional 7 days. We were told by an associate over the phone we should have been offered a loaner fridge which we never were so when I called to request one I was transferred to five different people from three different numbers because it wasnt any of their departments and they couldnt help which finally led to the person that told me theres nothing they could do and no loaner fridge. I have three kids in my house, no refrigerator, damage done to my house and food being stored at relatives because we have nothing more than a cooler for our drinks which needs a new bag of ice added every day. They are not concerned at all about fixing their teams screw ups or making it right. I will NEVER buy from the company again. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. I wont even go into all the time spent on hold waiting to talk to an actual person. What a joke.

This kudos goes out to a very helpful young man Andrew, at Canton Ohio location. Andrew handled our complaint and issue with the upmost professionalism!! We left the store not only satisfied with our dispute being corrected but added to our purchase and left happy!! We will be returning customers in the future!

Friendly staff, nice selection of clothes. However, aisles were loaded with extra displays making it very difficult to get through with a walker. If my daughter had been alone she wouldnt have been able to get where she needed to be because I had to move things out of the way for her.

I like shopping at JCP! Love the big and yall brands they have there. The constant sales and deals make it affordable to shop! The only reason I gave thus location a 4 star rating is that it is an old location in dire need of some updates and maintenance!
