I have to be honest. I dont ever leave bad reviews but.. Im paying 300 a month for a Jeep I cant even drive. This 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee doesnt pass emissions. Ive taken it back to lakeshore numerous times. 5 times at least.. For the same issue. Bart, the mechanic tells me its fixed. It just needs to go through a drive cycle. Tells me this every single time I bring it. Finally.. I take it to a jeep dealer because they clearly arent fixing the problem. The device that actually needs connected to DO the echeck was completely corroded and didnt even work. REALLY Bart? So basically they never ONCE ran a diagnostic to see what the problem was. Just kept unplugging my battery. This jeep is trash. It sits in my driveway while I spend hundreds here, hundreds there, trying to get it to pass. All the while paying them 300 a month so my credit doesnt get shot :-) thanks for the excellent customer service and wonderful safe vehicle.

Test drive and be confident in what you are buying. Youll always have doubts after leaving to as if you made the right choice. And when problems arise yes youll be quick to cast blame. But you gotta understand their used vehicles. The thing I like though is that theyll try to help you out. I had repairs needed and told them about it and the cist on what I would have paid to what they saved me by them doing the work saved me a big big chunk of cash. My experience with them has been great. The team are great PEPs and work well to finding solutions to problems you might have.

Just poor service and sleezy mechanics who think they know to fix cars.my advice to you all avoid doing business with them there cars look nice but looks are deceiving. They sell you junk with a lot of miles. I know its a buy here pay here but come on step up to the plate and do business the right way and hire better mechanics !

Terrible I took my trailblazer back at least 7xs - 4x4 worked whenever it wanted,exhaust fell off 5 days after I got it , the transmission needed rebuilt... completely a junk car....
