Aways receive EXCELLENT customer service here and my entire family purchases shoes here. A couple weeks ago my daughter needed school shoes but unfortunately they ran out of the footies to try shoes on so we said wed come back another day. We ended up buying shoes at another store which had the absolute worst costumer service Ive ever seen but we bought the shoes because we were bound by the school uniform specifications and in a time crunch. Later, the policy chaged so we returned the shoes to that store and went back to Finish Line today to get my daughters shoes. Shes so thrilled she could get the Jordans she originally wanted!
