So Rude. I was shopping close to their 9pm closing time and put down a box of 2 pairs of shoes for literally 1 minute. Turned around and the shoes were gone. I asked the sales associate if she saw where they had gone and she said they probably put them away because were closed. I grabbed my phone and saw that it was in fact 9pm not a minute later. I understand that people want to get out on time but they could have made an announcement that the store was closing in 5 minutes. She never offered to find them or apologize for someone taking them. She did wish me a good night as she unlocked the door to let me out. When people are paid hourly, companies dont realize that all some employees care about it getting out on time not customer service or sales. Im a believer in being paid for a job well done. It kills me to see hard workers without a job and sloppy people like the lady tonight collecting a paycheck.

While they have nice shoes in the store, if you have to order them, FORGET it! These are the same shoes available all over the internet and all over town. I have literally been on hold for 21 minutes and nothing is happening. I had time to get another telephone and call the local DSW stor. A very nice young man checked on my order and advised my 2 pair order is not in and not able to tell when it will be in. I learned my lesson: I could have bought the same shoes from Amazon and they would have been here in 2 days with my Prime. NEVER AGAIN DSW!! You lost me. The reason for the 2 stars is the nice young man who answered the phone but beyong him, DSW needs serious help with the rest of their service.

A good selection of footwear away from the craziness of the Premium Outlets - always a place to stop and load up on cheap footwear before heading home. The clearance aisle is frequently a goldmine here.

No the cheapest but if you are in their club you can use up to 3 coupons at once which can make a huge difference, wide range of styles and latest trends.

Large selection and friendly staff. I like to come in here and check the clearance racks in the back. I once found a pair of Sperrys for $30 back there.

DSW has many great sales and an amazing collection of clearance items. They often send out coupons and you can really get the bang for your buck.
