Overall not entirely a rest experience. 3 days after Christmas came in to swap out my daughters Keds for Chuck Taylors, I saw a lady working (Manager named Brittney) I asked for help locating the childrens Chuck Taylors seeing as she wasnt busy. I figured she would help. She asked a man where some lady was in the back,(btw she never acknowledged my question or made eye contact) so he walked back and showed me while she ignored it. The guy took us directly there. Then she checked us out and was continuously speaking over the mic, to someone else. Never asked did we find everything again very little eye contact and very little care.

Horrible customer service. Heavier set lady had attitude with me when I nicely asked if there was someone available who could help me. She rudely told me I could go up front. She even saw me waiting and waiting but was too damn rude or lazy to walk over to me and let me know no one will be there.

Literally just walked out off the store said hi to the sales girl working and she looked at me and kept waking..too bad I had $$$ to spend for a cruise needed sneaks, sandals and shoes....lost the sale totally will never go back! No customer service.
