I have gone here for many years and finally decided to leave as a result of the most recent poor communication between the staff and myself. Unfortunately the last few times I have stopped to pick up prescriptions they were not packaged correctly & during my most recent trip a staff member questioned me as to why I had only recieved part of a perscription. In reality they incorrectly billed my insurance and gave me the wrong item number. It is unfortunate to have to change pharmacies after many years here but due to the lack of care to detail I feel my refills were getting and the accusatory tone I recieved from said staff member I no longer feel the need to use Prairie Pharmacy as my primary pharmacy.

Ok so I fractured my shoulder and went here to get my prescription filled. When I got to the car I took them out to take one I noticed there were only 15. The script was for twenty. I immediately returned inside and demanded to know what happened. They accused me of lying and I told them to watch the cameras. Apparently they dont have one, which is bs. Also they apparently dont keep inventory either, which is also bs. So guessing they have an addict working there so be cautious and count before you leave the counter. Will never go here again.

Ive had several problems with this pharmacy and Bruce the manager they have shorted me on my blood pressure medication witch is very seriously needed they refused to take my grandsons insurance and I had to pay out of pocket for his medicine the manager is rude and hard to deal with refuses to help with anything some of mine and my husbands pills have mixed and matched in the bottles Ive never seen a pharmacy ran this way and Bruce refuses to give a way to contact anyone else in charge over him I will have to switch pharmacies

Never had a problem here usually fairly quick service. Any negative reviews you see are typically from low life chemically dependent pill heads created by doctors knowing from the get go. You can always tell when they have the "Dts" and cant wait to get out to the car to crush up their pain meds that they DONT need.

I have been the manager of this pharmacy for 10 years. The cameras here, belong to Wal mart and we have no access to them. This person did not speak to me about this "shortage". All pharmacy personel attend work shops on drug diversion and claiming to be shorted on drugs is the oldest scam there is.
