I had the opportunity to visit this place just after it opened in Fargo. I have to tell ya, they sure know their meat products. They have all types of meat you can think of. Buffalo, Beef, Pork, Poultry, all types of Seafood, Cheese, many varieties of sticks and jerky, and the list goes on. My favorite I have to say is the Restructured Jerky.

They have what you need. Even if for a dollar more on some products, I would put that dollar there. They have the best ribs, the best variety of snack combinations with beef sticks and jerky, great cheese vendor, and chicken is awesome as well. I always stop here, and that is why my grocer thinks I am a vegetarian at there checkout.

Meats by John & Wayne has been my go to meat shop for the last couple of years now. They have pretty decent prices and some of the freshest and best meats in the area. I really enjoy all of the flavors of bratwurst and sausages as well as all of their jerky. Just about everything Ive had from here is top notch. Highly recommended.

If you are a vegetarian stay away! This is a meat lovers old fashion meat shop minus the sawdust on the floor. Stop for one thing and walk out with a half a cow thats how it works there. This is one serious meat shop so give it a try.
