After trying the "other" much raved about meat cutter in town, and being less than pleased with product/service, a friend recommended Prime Cut. They had exactly what I was looking for, and they have it every time(untrimmed "packer" brisket) you need it. The owner was FANTASTIC, we stood around and talked about smoking meat for 10mins or so. Top notch service, and top notch product. Oh, and their ribs(silverskin already removed) were FANTASTIC as well. I wont go anywhere else, and tell my friends to go here too.

These guys know their stuff so if you have questions on how to prep, season, or cook all kinds of meats and cuts stop here. I dont dig on going to a grocery store when I want a good steak or smokehouse items so I love this place. They have seafood items and a lot of great sauces/marinades for various meats too.

Was so thrilled by the price point and quality meats that I forgot to properly introduce myself to the butcher. However he provided very friendly and excellent knowledge of all the cuts of beef. Overall great place!!!

I like buying from knowledgable folks and this place is great for answering questions. I have had hit or miss quality on their sale items but they have a great selection of homemade jerky that is delicious.

Prime cuts is a great spot with wonderful weekly specials every Wednesday. The service is excellent, the staff is knowledgeable, and what they sell is always top quality.
