I like to promote small business when I can, but no longer will I be a customer here. I went into this store today to make a purchase and was rewarded with terrible customer service; really, I was treated like I had ruined the employees day! Well, so sorry to give you my money for a service. In telling my fiance about my experience, it seems he had the same happen to him on a different day and occasion. I understand everyone has off days, but this is ridiculous.

Renovated and expanded to include new glass enclosed humidor room with wide variety of brands and prices. Great selection of generic and name brand, even “Natural” cigs. A variety of non-smoking options available. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Many accessories to choose from including lighters, ash trays for cars, very nice humidors for cigars and much, much more!

So I brought my cigars to the register to check out, and the disinterested cashier tells me I cant buy them because the chip reader wont read my card. Can you swipe the card? No. Can you manually enter the #? No. "He really needs to get this reader fixed" she says... shes been saying this for SIX MONTHS... get the effing thing fixed already!!

Only store in town that carries true Swedish Snus (sadly they only carry General brand snus). Overall, the staff is friendly and are willing to special order things if they are available to them. Everything is decently priced, and staff has always been extremely nice during my visits.

Nice selection of cigars. Mostly medium bodied. No High End Premium cigars which is a shame because the staff is friendly and they would earn more of my business if they carried Padron and Don Pepin or any of Pete Johnsons Nicaraguian items.
