I am not from the area, and my experience with this place OVER THE PHONE was awful.. Because of how I was treated in a simple phone call, I will never ever support this business. This is how it went: I had been asking around every smoke shop that came up on my "smoke shops near you" Siri search engine for a hookah bowl. I will admit I accidentally dialed a few other places multiple times being that I had lost track of how many place I had called. All of the other smoke shops had not seemed to mind and wished me luck on my quest. I had called this establishment twice and although the first time wasnt so bad, the second time was awful.. The woman over the phone began shouting at me for my second phone call (mind you all I had asked for was a hookah bowl). My partner and I were appalled by how quick the woman began yelling at me "NO, NO, NOOOOO" over and over until finally the line hung up. This experience was only done over the phone, but the nasty nature of this woman and her easily frustrated tone is NOT something that should be tolerated in customer service. ESPECIALLY if the customwr who had made the mistake had apologized for the confusion. This was a small action that caused a big reaction.. Although I had only experienced them over the phone, it was enough for me to know for a fact that I am not interested.

I have to say I will not be going here again..the older Spanish woman that works there us so nasty..she have much such dirty looks because I asked her if they sold sodas ads what kind....then I asked her for matches As she basically threw them at me...such a shame I have been going there for years and this is not the first time she had been sq very rude
