Absolutely love the customer service here. The shop owner is super genuine and sweet. Always offering great selections of glass and other accessories. It was my birthday and my fiance and I, stopped in to get some items, the owner overheard my fiance mention my birthday, and as we were checking out to leave, she wanted to know about this "glow in the dark ashtray". Well, he showed it to us and said happy birthday..... it was touching and we really appreciate you, your shop, and your up most generosity. We will see you soon.

Sold me a cracked slide and a weak drop down. The owner tried to tell me that cosmic Charlies rips you off but sir youre just as shady as theyre selling people cracked slides. My drop down broke in my hands while I tried to take it off the rig to empty it. Thats not normal and his drop downs arent what normal head shops carry. Also not a huge selection. Just saying, be careful and be on the look out for cracked glass pieces that this man is trying to unload on,a so called "hooked up deal" yeah right.

Places like these deserve this type of review. Customer service was awesome and the knowledge there is key. Its not about getting your money there, its about getting You what you need. Good selection and very friendly. Definitely going back anytime I need anything they have. Plus they have good promotions going on some merchandise! This shop was put on this earth for me and you man, take advantage, take advantage. Thank you for your service!
