Horrible customer service. Accidently bought the wrong gift card (Lowes Hardware instead of Lowes Foods) and 3 minutes after I bought, the manager said not my problem. Third party issue - nice way to push the blame. Corporate said that is their policy, yet its not posted anywhere nor is it stated on the receipt. Being an out-of-towner I had no idea. Undocumented policy and poor customer service forced me to let others know how badly Lowes treats its customers. Oh, and finally this was $400 worth of gift cards for my terminally ill mother. Way to go Lowes!

This grocery store has recently undergone EXTENSIVE renovations! Its now the nicest in the city, in my opinion. They even have a cafe to sit at and order coffee, sell growlers on tap (wow), and its just got such a different and upscale feel now. The results are impressive. Each section of the store almost feels like a mini-store. This loation went from one of the most boring places to buy groceries at, almost like a Food Lion, to now now of the most exciting and enjoyable ones. This description does little justice for it. You have to see it in person.

This is a good store.. Im a loyal customer, BUT was very unhappy this time around. I ordered 2 platters fro the super bowl, NOT GOOD.. The tomatos were bad, and soggy, the cucumbers had a horrible taste. As far as the platter, the girl I talked to was rude and short, I told her please not you use swiss that I did not like it. When I picked it up it was covered in swiss and the only other cheese was chedder and it was on the bottom. I was unhappy with service and the food. Now the question is what will lowes do about it?

Very disappointing. One large store with Food like Substances. They could have a great thing going, but they choose to be like every other grocery chain. Boxed and bagged prepared foods. They have a salad bar with cheap ingredients. Dressings with High Fructose Corn Syrup. These big Chain stores are all alike. Refusing to make changes that help impact our health. Wont be bothered to shop there again.

I love the quality of groceries and food items at this grocery store! Everything made in house is beyond delicious. I also like the personalization of the whole grocery shopping experience (like clipping of fresh herbs, pick and prep your own fresh fruits & veggies, and fresh squeezed juices, etc). Plus the staff are always so friendly and helpful. It takes grocery shopping to a whole new level!

SUPERB store! Staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Dont miss the Beer Den for a pint as you shop, nor the Boxcar where theyll FRESH roast coffee just to your specifications. This is MY FAVORITE Lowes Foods!

Clean store with friendly staff, and my kids love the Car-carts. Large wine section, fresh coffee, as well as the usual array of fresh baked goods make this a great place to shop and even pick up a meal someone else has cooked.

This is probably the fanciest Lowes in the area. Very big with specialty areas for coffee, beer, sausage, chicken and large deli/meat area. Thursdays are great as its half price pint night so fun to shop with a tasty brew.

Decor inside suggests super freshness. Deals are comparable to Harris teeter. I prefer the teeter more (personal preference), but Lowes food is always a good option for price comparison. Plenty of parking outside.

Susan Beach does the most incredible floral arrangements! She actually did all arrangements for my wedding. She is so creative! I highly recommend her from their floral department. She will not disappoint!

Awesome store, huge selection of goods, fresh foods are very fresh. But - One star off for the high prices and one star off for the junked up aisles with stacks of stuff theyre trying to get you to buy.

Tryed to return a pack of bad meat and they gave me a very hard time, poor customer services. All I can say is dont try to return anything. Horry Lowes Food!!!
