I usually do not have a problem with this Autozone, but this particular day the cashier would not leave me alone and kept harassing me into buying fuel treatment cleaner because it was on sale even though I did not need this cleaner. After I told him "no" he kept insisting and rang me up for the treatment anyway. This is not cool and made me want to leave and go down the road to another store. Im okay with you telling me the deal of the day or week but to pressure me into buying something that I dont need is not great business.

These guys are the best! I cant count how many times Ive shopped here over the years but I do know Ive never had a bad experience. The staff is always ready/willing to help in any way and sometimes in ways you would not expect like teaching how to change a light bulb or put on rain guards. A special Kudos to Reggie. Today he worked hard to get me safely on my way and it took much longer than either of us anticipated. I never got the feeling he was rushing or sorry he took on the task. They are definitely 5 star!

This place is AWESOME. my car broke down the staff there changed my dead battery for me and checked as much as they could and tried everything they could think of to get my car to start again. Eventually I had to call a tow truck. However they called ahead at the shop they recommended to me, and were all around very helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely made me a loyal customer!

Customer servie sucks , one of the employees is very rude and refuses to take my rewards card i had download on my phone . He gave me a new one and told me to call the 1800 number to transfer my points ,When i asked him about using the points toward oil I was getting . So instead of getting it free i had to payfull price.

Highly disappointed when my break parts werent in at the time I was told. I now have to call in from work since I now have to wait until the next day to fix my vehicle to run safely when the parts are finally in.
