The manager, Ebonie, was not helpful and very curt in her mannerism. I felt I was overcharged when paying for a dozen of doughnuts, totaling over $10 because the extra charges for limited time selections is not posted at the drive thru. Her response was, "I dont know if its out there or not, its posted in here." So, how did she think I was supposed to see that. Then she said, well there was a little sign posted, it may have blown away. Point is, the information was not posted, yet she would not credit the $1.80, she curtly said/asked, "You want me to take them out?" the drive-thru was filling up, she didnt offer other selections, there was no listing in which I could choose from at the window, I dont frequent the chain so I couldnt recall the choices,...it was a disappointment in customer service (initially from the cashier, Paula) and bad management. I guess as long as they got the most money from the transaction, they were alright with it.

Usually I love this place but tonight, not so much. Stopped in for donuts to go with our nighttime cup of coffee and the lady gave us 4 cold donuts. I am offended. She should have given us hot, fresh donuts. Its service like this that ruins the customers experience. Smh

went in today and who ever was working the counter was an extremely rude excuse of a person, i wish i caught her name but i didnt think of it at the time. Krispy Kreme was my only reason for ever going to Rockymount, but i think ill just go to Dunkin Donuts in wilson .

Small selection. Some varieties they dont sell at this location and other varieties are sold out before noon. Staff is grinding and apologetic but only come looking for their staple donuts.

Didnt advertise special donuts were during certain times only. Waited 10 mins in drive thru to get the limited donuts. Guy at the window was rude. Donuts overall are great though.
