This is the greatest coffee shop Ive ever been to. For starters, its huge. With a fireplace, 6 large leather chairs and many, many tables and chairs, it has become the gathering place that coffee shops were originally meant to be. Aside from a couple of opinionated, entitled, intolerant, grumpy old customers who occasionally feel compelled to voice their dissatisfaction about either the music, the other customers taking "their chair"(remember, entitled) or life in general, the atmosphere is wonderfully welcoming and conducive to both social conversation and real work being done on laptops by a beautiful diversity of business people and students alike. The staff is truly the best. Their accuracy and speed in their service is second only to their humanity, kindness, healthy sense of humor and sense of fun. I have yet to pick up my twice daily coffee without a smile or laugh. And Ive been coming here for many years. They treat EVERYONE with respect and kindness and when faced with asking a homeless person to leave because that persons lack of purchase but use of chair has upset one of the entitled regulars, they instead buy that person a drink with money out of their own pocket. Now THAT is how you treat and keep customers. As a business owner myself, I am truly impressed at how they can serve so many people so fast yet remember the regulars by name and drink. I literally get greeted when I open the door- before Ive even gotten in line. I challenge you to find another chain store where this happens. Starbucks could do a case study on how all stores should be run based on this place. Its perfection.

Uh guys, hate to break it to you but that is not my mother. Shes a regular who has been a part of that store long before I got it. Shes friendly to me, so Im friendly back, just like all the other regulars. Please dont write about things you dont know. My family lives in a completely different state... If a customer or her children bother you, feel free to say something to her face about it like adults instead of posting such irrelevant comments online :) these reviews are for Starbucks, not your feelings on other customers. Ps Im not a barista Im the store manager and youre more than welcome to direct further defamation and libel to my face in person as well.

Wow. It took over half an hour for a plain, medium iced coffee. I asked about my drink, and the young girl making them was huffy and rude. When mine was finally ready, she slammed it on the counter opposite where I was standing (even though she knew it was mine) and said "iced coffee" in a very annoyed tone instead of the name on the cup. Many other customers had been waiting for ages as well, and were surprised at the girls reaction. They also began asking about their own drinks, and she didnt respond. Really terrible on the scale of Starbucks experiences.

Sierra is the barista the other guy was talking about and her mother is at this Starbucks every day. Sierra is fine, IMO but I agree her mother is always loud, always obnoxious, and always starting some drama around the shop. It IS unprofessional to bring your family to the workplace. If her mother wasnt constantly a pain in the ass it wouldnt be a problem, but shes really, really annoying. I agree, Sierra, please leave your rude mother at someone elses coffee shop. You are more than welcome to stay :)

I came here on accident, and I thought it was very cute but then I tried to do some studying and this establishment is absolutely not study friendly the chairs and pretty uncomfortable and the banana nut bread tastes dry and nonflavorful its my Starbucks fav so I was very disappointed. The music is way too loud. People around me could not hear their conversations over it and had to try hard to listen and shout. I am writing this because I hope that if I ever return it is better

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations not only for the speedy service during the morning rushes but also for the interactions with with baristas. One partner in particular is Sierra, she has taken the time to not only remember my usual order, but also to get to know me on a personal level. Its clear to see her passion for her job, partners, and her patrons; Sierra and this Starbucks will always be my favorite part of the morning.

Love this location except for the unicorn that is loose in the lobby seemingly only when a particular employee is working. Even though I am all about the whimsy,this beast is constantly whinnying.Ive also noticed lately that it has been poking holes in the nice furniture.I am not certain if this creature is a mode of transportation or a service animal for said employee,but I do find it a distraction.

One of the worst Starbucks in the area. Under staffed and cashier isnt friendly at all. She has an attitude as if she doesnt want to be working there. I was there several times and 3 times "Venti" coffee was filled just over half way mark. Really? As much as they charge for drinks, this is not acceptable.

Love meet some Starbucks, but this location had to be slowest. The worse part is it doesnt matter what time of day its just slow! Four employes working the bar/counter, five people in line and it takes a total of 15 minutes for a completed order. You are better off going to a different location.

Extremely Slow. Employees are nice but unorganized and cannot handle busy hours. 24 mins for 1 Latte... they said they had too many online orders... it was 2pm... 12 customers actually there waiting on drinks... Baristas seemed lost.
