Dont come to this Starbucks!!!! I have a bad experience almost every time I come here. Im either waiting forever in the drive thru line because they are plain slow, or waiting forever inside because they have forgotten my order...multiple times!! Dont come here if you have anything important to do that day because who knows how long youll be in there! They dont even try to compensate for the wait afterwards. Awful, slow service.

This is the typical Starbucks, other than the fact that its in North Carolina, where the people are super friendly. The barista was friendly! It was easy in and easy out when we came. The establishment was clean inside including the restrooms. I enjoyed my drink on the patio on this warm, breezy day! If you dont want to park and go inside, you have the option to use the drive thru.

This starbucks is so slow! I never go here unless I have nothing planned for a while! I went today and after I ordered my coffee realized they only have an 88 for their rating that is absolutely disgusting! And if I saw that before I ordered I would have walked right back out! I will say the people are friendly though.

9 minutes to obtain a simple cup of coffee! They have no urgency and move so slow it makes you think they were waiting for Juan Valdez to deliver the dern coffee beans! I see flies and overall sloppy conditions. Admittedly went this AM staff was on it and could not have been better! They are super inconsistent.

I have always gotten great service here, whether I went inside or through the drive thru. Everything is always clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I also think it attracts a great group of customers inside as I sit and listen while I am using my computer!

The main flaw I have with this place is the flies that are constantly swarming the place. Thats disgusting no matter how you slice it, and I really dont want to be swatting away flies while Im trying to eat and drink.

Seems to be getting worse...today I got a proteen box and it had frozen eggs in it and the fruit was bad. A week ago I asked for a simple green tea and was given black tea...it use to be good.

Inattentive staff. Carrying on their own conversation for over a minute while I waited at the counter. Then got the order wrong. Simple order, decaf with extra shot of decaf. Duh.

Service has always been average at this particular Starbucks. Also, it you have a larger vehicle, the drive through is tight, and you may want avoid trying to navigate it.

Its a hit and miss with what I like, either the coffee is out of this world good or its just terrible. Ive definitely had better Starbucks coffee at different places.

Waited over 10 minutes for an ice coffee. All it takes is a cup, some ice and pour the coffee. It is a shame because this store used to be so fast and efficient

They usually get the drinks right, even with more complex orders. They are also friendly enough without being too friendly. The store is usually pretty clean.

Overall, very good. I come in about every 4th day between jobs. One girl seems kind of abrupt but she never works the register. All in all... a nice place.
