PLEASE be aware!!! Return policy doesnt exist! Purchase at your own risk!! I purchased a 3 bracelets exactly 30 days ago today. I went in prior to 30 days to inquire about one of the bracelets tarnishing within 2wks of purchasing. I was advised there is nothing we can do. Amazed, because my boyfriend purchased a bracelet by the same manufacture odd the bracelet from a reputable jeweler in Highpoint, as a gift to add to my collection. WHO advised during the selection process "if you have any issues with your purchase please bring it back and we will take care of you." Great service and informative!! Not once during my transaction with the silver gallery did anyone mention the "no return policy" I will NEVER purchase anther item and I will adamantly recommend others not to patronize this business.

The ladies were very helpful and didnt mind I was in the store for 2 hours. They brought me clothes after clothes to try on So I wouldnt have to keep getting dressed. Not crazy about having to try everything on but they dont except any returns. I understood this bc I assumed it was valid due to this is a boutique and they always have the new and in style clothes. Love love love this store...

I HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone looking for high quality, trendy pieces. Cant beat the friendliness of the staff either. This is a "go-to" store for me...I never leave empty handed!

They will NOT return your money, even if you lost your job and the purchase was a mistake. They tell you that theres no problem returning something.... and they omit "as long as it is for something in the store". They are overpriced and their inventory is mediocre at best. Will never shop there again.
