It is 9:10pm on a Friday and it took over 15 mins to get thru the drive thru. Didnt move for first 5 mins and would not have waited but was stuck between 2 cars. Since we had to wait we ordered half dozen and one Apple fritter but they were out so instead switched to full dozen glazed. Got to window and was handed half dozen so had to correct again. Much faster fix tho than waiting thru the line. Quality was okay, not warm like fresh ones I like but not a day old either. Next time will be parking and walking in if so many ridiculously oversized trucks dont double park and block them all. Two last things on my rant. Location is so close to cookout getting out if turning left is like walking on fire. Be careful! And lots of cops like to hang out here and follow you down battleground and run your tags! Idiots! Now I am done.

Oh my goodness! Kk donuts are the absolute BEST, especially when compared to Dunkin. The only problem with this Krispy Kreme is the people! Theres a reason the one on High Point road has much more clientele. The people on Battleground have been fighting waaaay too long and have serious attitudes. I figured maybe someone was having a bad day, so I didnt let my one experiencd there change my opinion. Then I kept coming back only to continue receiving poor service. Everyone seems so down. Maybe its the management. If theyve got some cranky old bss hovering over them that could destroy their spirits. Anyways, go to High Point road if you want good food and good service. Nasty attitudes dont add joy to my day and Im sure it wont add it to yours either.

Went through the drive thru, it took forever to get service, she took our order several times but didnt seem to be able to find the buttons on the register. She didnt understand that classic coffee meant regular coffee even though thats how it is listed on their menu. We ordered one large classic iced coffee, one large caramel iced coffee and two doughnuts. We got three doughnuts and two small classic iced coffees. We were charged for an iced latte which is more than the item we ordered and didnt get. Thanks for starting my day off with the choice between getting ripped off and wasting even more time waiting even longer for you to fix it.

Have always love Krispy Kreme since I was a kid. Doughnuts are still amazing. Wish I could say the same for the staff. We got over charged for a dozen Doughnuts and when the manager came to fix the problem the order that got put in for us was completely different than what was originally ordered. Still thankful the problem was fixed, just feel that a lot of it couldve been avoided.

I would not suggest coming here unless the hot sign is on! Their glazed doughnuts are often hard and not fresh. The others are pretty good, depending on the time of day. If you go late in the day even the assorted doughnut are hard and not fresh. Go elsewhere if you really want something sweet and fresh. I wouldnt suggest the Krispy Kreme on Lawndale.

The service sucks but the doughnut quality is superb. Suffer through the line and slow service but be rewarded with an excellent doughnut(s). It is worth the trip on occasion but they should fix the personnel issues if they wish to achieve 5-star perfection. Great machinery is used for doughnut creation as well.

I got there around 10:40 and they do not close until 11. I waited 15 minutes and no one came to take my order, with 4 employees behind the counter that made eye contact with me I still was not addressed. Horrible customer service, and will not be going back. Just because you close soon doesnt mean youre closed.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at krispy kreme or anywhere really. Still waiting on my drinks and Ive been in the drive thru for 20 mins and counting. After 30 minutes we were finally able to leave. Employees were still rude after we waited that long.

Line was long and slow at drive through. Person who was serving was distracted and not really paying attention. Asked for napkins twice and the 2nd time she gave me 3 napkins for a dozen donuts. Donuts were of course amazing.

Stefan is awesome with customer service and knows how to make the customer happy. Also everyone that Ive seen working here seems to be alive, well, and happy to be here. This is a great place. Keep it up!

This local (not so much anymore though) favorite has never disappointed. Hot or cold, the doughnuts will melt in your mouth. Regular glazed are my favorite, but all of the others are delicious too.

Store and staff need updates was very dissatisfied on the quality of donuts there were smaller than normal could have 16 in box easily instead of 12..staff was slow and unfriendly.

This place is chaos. We waited in line for 15 minutes to order and it appeared the staff was clueless and confused. Then we waited and 10 minutes to actually pick up our order.

Im not exactly sure how anyone can give Krispy kreme anything but 5 stars. Except maybe people with diabetes. Its the home of the most awesome donuts of all time.

The line can sometimes be long when the "Hot Now" light is on, but always worth it. Its a nice place to take kids also so they can see the donuts being made.
