Since this one moved across the highway, its gone down hill. Very TIGHT parking lot, barely any parking. I literally had to wait to back out because the drive through is right there. The cashier was so rude. I asked her a question, and she said I dont know in the most miserable tone. She wasnt helpful in the least. If you Dont like your job, quit. I work with the public, and it is not easy, but you Dont take it out on your customers. Dont they train you to know about their product? Im never coming to this one again. If this is how Starbucks is now, you can keep it. Pulling in, some idiot was blaring her horn at me for parking!!! Im mortified over this experience.

I ordered online and upon arrival, they had the slip but now 10 minutes later and the order hadnt been filled still... "Nick" tells me give him a minute and he will complete the order (which is two breakfast sandwiches for myself and a co-worker)... moments later, he comes by and drops them on the counter and walks away, I ask if they are mines, he says yes - I reply "ok, may I have a bag please?!" He looks at me, smirks and tosses a bag on the counter and walks off. Very rude and unpleasant. First bad experience here, but I will not be going back.

This is a nice Starbucks, and not too crowded. Ive been there on a few occasions at different times of the day; the staff are always friendly and efficient. Its a much bigger layout than Squirrel Hill or the Waterfront. I wish it had a drive through, though, because it seems like a nice location for one.

Oh my. Well let me start by saying this Starbucks is simply delightful! The staff makes u feel like they is your friends. The coffee is always fresh and ready to go when u order it. They even have these cookie straws that are edible that can go in your coffee and your tummy the same! Soooo nice you see?

Its usual Starbucks quality, which is great. Unfortunately everything is out in the open, so while you can go here to work on things, read, etc. It can be easy to be distracted by people around you. Murrysville and East Greensburg have better places tucked away from the main area.

This location is great - one of the few in Pittsburgh area to have a clover - and the workers are terrific - ESPECIALLY the weekend morning crew! Seriously - It can get busy, but this is a location that has a pro staff that always takes care of business.

There were fruit flies in the glass case with food enclosed. I notified the cashier. His response was that they were unable to clean the case and that there was nothing they could do. He sarcastically said he could not spray pesticides in the case.

I went there today. The place is really nicely decorated though I found the staff as very mechanical. The girl seems to be just doing the work. Not much talking or explaining. I asked a question and she just said yes yes

The slowest drive through. Parking lot completely unsafe almost got hit while waiting in drive through and it would not even be customers fault, people want to leave but cant because line in drive through is ridiculous.

I love this Starbucks the most the staff are very nice and even when very busy they act cool very nice and everything is done to you order unlike as I call other coffee shops as want a Bens Starbucks is number one!!!

This is a really busy place. Takes a while to get your order and they are okay at making the drinks. Its hit or miss. A lot of seating to study at but it gets very loud. Headphones a must.
