My wife and I have patronized this business on several occasions but NEVER again. Recently, we stopped in to browse, left the store and walked across the street to Fat Dogs for a drink and a to go order. A&E closes at 10:30ish. Within 1 to 1.5 hours of them closing, while we were sitting on the patio of the restaurant I see a tow truck pull in and attempt to tow my car. (Two other cars, a black Lexus and a burgundy car was parked in the lot also) It seems the security company that has been hired by A&E patrols the lot and the security guy informed me he called the tow in because after hours parking is prohibited (this is strange because on several different occasions we have done the exact same ritual-,shop @ A&E then drinks/food @ Fat Dogs and have never had a bad experience). There are signs displayed but if you enter from the side street as I did and make a left into the parking lot there is no sign on the left and the one on the right side of the entrance sits very low and will be blocked by your blindside. We ended up paying $70 to Kirk Sineath Towing, right in the parking lot so he would move his truck and we could go home. We will NEVER patronize A&E nor any of the other businesses in this shopping strip because this NOT how customers should be treated. Management needs to investigate what your contractors i.e. security co., towing co. are doing I could understand if my vehicle was abandoned or left there over 4 hrs but this is ridiculous and unscrupulous!!!!!!

Normally when I come in I have a great experience and feel welcomed but this particular time one of the two girls who was working... the mixed one, had a really nasty attitude... everyone else who came in she was pretty pleasant but with me and my boyfriend she seemed like she was annoyed to answer questions we had and kept looking at us like we were going to take something or like we were from another planet... Im sure we were not the only couple to look at lingerie and sex games in the history of Adam and Eve. Made shopping there very awkward and uneasy. Was expecting to buy a few items but after that Ill take my business elsewhere

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at this store today. Both of the ladies working were very friendly and offered us help on multiple occasions. They showed us some really fun items and made it a very comfortable experience. Personally, we are not shy about adult stores, but we are private about our personal life. The ladies were very professional and we will definitely go back!! If you are shy about going in, dont be nervous. It was very nice and empowering for both couples and single people.

I would go to Simply Explicit over Adam and Eve any day, unless you are just looking for lingerie. The staff here is rude and not all that into their job. The employes at the S.E., however, will talk to you about anything and everything and make you feel totally at ease. Adam and Eve says it all: heterosexual, couple. But as we all know, sex comes in more forms than that.

My wife and I came here on a whim. We do live in the neighborhood and have talked about it several times. We had a great experience here, no problems at all. In fact, the lady who welcomed us as we came in the door pretty much trailed around the store with us as we did have a lot of questions about certain products. That was great customer service!
