Always friendly. Always knowledgeable. Always willing to help beginners or talk shop with pros. Great shop with great juice selection (dont go to vapor girl -- BLECH!). The owner/employees are always looking to make loyal customers (i.e. youll sometimes find yourself receiving unsolicited discounts for no reason other than theyre awesome). Oh, also, they have classy-ass cigar HUMIDOR, a reasonably well-stocked glass shop (and they are willing to negotiate on glass purchases which are reasonably priced unlike that BS store on 9th whose cheapest tiniest rig is like $140). and your regular old school tobaccy too (and a nice selection of it too). Great shop, great products, great people.

Place sucks!!! Got a butane torch from them which stopped working like a week later and when I went back to exchange it was told "we dont do refunds" when all I wanted was to exchange it for one that actually works. Wouldnt recommend them for even a bandaid.
