ZERO stars. Avoid this place at all costs. Ive bought 2 vapes from this place; both times, they NEVER had the replacement coils in stock. One of the "cousins" running this place sold me coils that were a different ohm than what came with the vape I bought there two weeks previously. He gave me his "Guarantee" they would work. Well they not only didnt work but they caused a circuit short that made the vape unusable. I go back to Mirage and another cousin is working. They still dont have the 0.5ohm coils I need; he puts in a 1.2ohm which fried my vape completely; he broke it. He would not replace the vape; nor would he open another kit to provide me the 0.5 coil I needed (something other people working there have done for me on other occasions)! He left me with a broken vape and was completely disrespectful. Each "cousin" makes up their own prices and store policies and ive never once been offered or given a receipt. I will never go back.

Save your time and money! Horrible customer service, dont go! I went into the store, and they had a good selection of pieces to choose from. But the customer service was very poor. The person working there was very uninformative and unhelpful. Once time I said "bong" and he snapped at me and said "its not a bong its a water pipe". What Im most disgusted by is the quality of the pieces, I recently just bought an $80 water pipe from there and have had it for less than 24 hours, and it already broke. Simply by me putting the side in back in, showing the crappy quality of their products. That is crazy to me! I have never heard or seen that happen before.

Super knowledgeable staff, set me up with a sleek vape pen and CBD oil tincture (Trying to kick the smoking habit while still getting some of the anti-anxiety/calming effects). The vape pen is USB chargeable and works great. Staff gave good advice on vape oil (100% VG. No funny stuff) and showed me the flavors they carry. Good quality brands. Good prices too. Not my thing personally but they also carried edibles, sweet.

Great place to go for all your tobacco needs. Very nice employes very helpful. Went completely out of their way to meet our needs for a coil for my e cigarette. Very nice selection of glass. Everything from cheap glass to brand name glass to custom pieces. Very happy with my many experiences here at mirage smoke shop!! Thank you mirage for all your help!!

This is my one stop shop, not only do they have "everything " if your not sure what your looking for Adam Simon and Mamood are the nicest people in the world and are always glad to help me out if I have questions. If you go anywhere else your going to get ripped off. These guys have the best prices in town.
