Bought some juices and new coils from here one day and 3 days later the coils were black. Bought more coils same results. No other juices do that to my coils. I dont recommend the juices but they do have good vapes thats why they got a 2 star. Then I also over paid for the vape that I bought from there. Bought a kangertech dripbox for $100 + new battery 13.99. And later found it somewhere else for $69.99 with a battery. So I would do some research before going here. I would go to vaporize me up the street for your juices. He has higher end stuff with reasonable prices and good flavor. and he knows about juices. The guys at cloud 9 seem like they just got into doing it

If i could give 0 stars i would. Very bad service . noone knows what merchandise they have . seem to always have to call someone on FaceTime to ask prices and questions. They cant seem to sell their selves properly. They sell expired e juices and sell vapes that are extremely over priced which is uncalled for . as i do understand you must make profit off of your merchandise but 3 xs its originial price is a little much . Ive lived in buffalo for over 17 years and if you want amazing prices and amazing e liquid go to natural vapors in south gate plaza.

My friends and I wont go anywhere else. Great products, great prices, great selection, awesome hours. I cant say enough about the staff. Super friendly and knowledgeable. To top it all off, I set my keys down on their table out front and left without them. When I realized where I left them, I called and they held the store open for me to come get them. On a holiday weekend no less. Not a lot of people, let alone businesses would act in such a way these days. I rarely review places, but this place is well worth coming to check out.

I absolutely love this place! The people there are so friendly, very knowledgable, and have so much patience. They have so much to choose from. From Vapes, to tobacco pipes, and hookahs. A few of my friends stayed to sit in the lounge area for some hookah and Ill tell ya, it was the best hookah Ive had in all of Western New York! I great place to bring a few friends for a little social gathering/ smoke session. The best part about this place is that the prices are very fair and reasonable! Highly recommend to anyone!

Again, plenty of supplies that I need. Extremely helpful staff, although the new laws prevents them from being hands on with you in learning ur new device, they still help as much as they are allowed & get you through your purchase & understanding of it. Im a frequent flying to this place & am always treated like family & almost every staff member knows exactly what I want! Many new products every time Im in there & they.alwsys point them out to me! This place is becoming a great source for all of your vaping needs. They stock coils for most brands of tanks and just started carrying juices from many reputable brands. Its hard to find good juice in the city. Great central location for when biking around the city. They also sell pipes and you can even hang out and smoke a hookah for affordable price.

THIS PLACE IS Horbal !!! I bought a water pipe and i get it home and put water in it and it leaks Customer Service is horbal! I will never go there again i would not if i were you. Its Cheap Because there stuff leaks.

This place sucks like any other another smoke shop in buffalo is better then this. Elmwood is a fun place there are way better places to smoke hookah then here and all there stuff is cheep crap
