STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! Ordered a Zob from one of their online stores, and my experience has been terrible. I called them to ask about my order approx 4 weeks after my order date. They told me that it was shipped on MLK day, even though most shippers were closed. Not a big deal, however, when I asked for tracking information, they said that it would be emailed to me. I waited two days with no email before calling to ask about my order. Someone told me that they were busy but would call me back by end of day. No phone call. Tried calling again today, only to have someone pick the phone up, and then hang up. Called again and spoke to someone that had absolutely no clue as to what was going on. He said the shipping manager was in a meeting, but that my order had been drop shipped (not even knowing who I was), and that they didnt give tracking numbers for drop shipped items. I threatened to file a charge back on my card if I didnt get a clear answer on what was going on, so the guy asked for my name. I gave it to him, and he told me to "hold on a sec". I heard him talking to someone in the background that had some choice words to say about me (probably thinking that I couldnt hear them), said he told me that it was drop shipped from Zob direct, then the employee hung up on me before returning to the call. What the hell, guys? Bottom line, there are many places out there to get your glass. Find one that gives a damn about customer service - not some uneducated hillbillies that dont know the first thing about running a business.

I have been vaping for almost 2 years now. My husband and I relocated from Az. at the beginning of this month, and I originally went in the shop to just get some e-juice. Chris helped us out, and was very knowledgeable about vaping, and with e-juice. After chatting with him, I also ended up, upgrading to a itoszte mvp energy version with a camo skin. I am in vape heaven! lol. Plus, you cant touch sweet ass vapes like this for less than $200+ in Tucson. They have the same brand vape that looks like a pineapple hand grenade, freakin awesome! But I was trying to stay at least a lil feminine lol. I highly recommend this shop, and WILL be back! Thanks Chris! ~~Rod and Melinda

Used to really enjoy this place, but over the years the quality of services offered really leaves room for want... the staff is downright rude more often than not. They act as if theyre somehow better than the people that go into their store, simply because they work at a smoke shop... like dude, you work at a pipe shop, grab some better vibes... you have one of the chillest jobs on the beach and youre gonna make routine the habit of looking down on your customers... Really theres a lot better options for pipes in the myrtle beach area, I wouldnt recommend these guys to anyone, not even for their 420 sales. Theres just better options.

Maybe the worst experience in my life. These people sent me a broken pipe for $570.00. After lying through their mouth about how they were going to create me a new one I never received anything. After calling to try and resolve the issue appropriately they told me they would do nothing and to file a credit card dispute. That is exactly what I did along with a complaint with the bbb and attorney general in the state of SC. The quality of there pieces are more for show than anything else. Go to up in smoke if you want the real deal. They have better quality and will treat you with respect. Absolute scum bags!!!!!

Walking in they have some of the largest selection of glass in the area and keep it really clean. Compared to most shops I have been in that can be dark and dingy they have a really nice appearance. The staff welcomed me as soon as i entered the store and immediately attempted to help me, but I wanted to check everything out before I had any questions. The staff entertained my questions about vaping (Thank you) never gave it much thought before. I left with a helix pipe. Ill be back

I picked up my first ZOB Im pretty excited. Not ever having bought a high end piece I wanted to find a great shop. It didnt take long to find out only one store in Myrtle Beach carries the elite products.. But if you want the best, I found it at Purple Haze. Great knowledgeable staff.. And extremely helpful and knowledgeable for a first time buyer of high end products. Thanks Purple Haze.. I will be back!

This shop literally has everything you could ever want in a smoke shop!!! Anywhere from the essentials, such as a huge selection of wraps and papers, to the hottest and most recent vaporizers on the market, the most affordable water pipes, and the biggest names like ZOB, TORO, ILLADELPH, SHELDON BLACK and so much more!!! If your looking for a one stop smoke shop this is the place to go!!!

Customer service sucks. I have been to three DIFFERENT locations sharing this name and the employees were not only unhelpful - but they were condecending and rude. What kind of company hires people that dont even want to make a sale? Had budgeted around $500 to spend however the attitude was so unpleasant, we left and gave our money to a shop in Murrels Inlet.

Ive bought 4 different water pipes from Purple Haze and ALL of them have broken. None of the breaks have been my fault, a lot of the time they broke just from being over used, but isnt that what a water pipe is for? If youre at the beach and are looking for a new water pipe go else where, I will NEVER step foot in there again

Great people. They dont usually specifically get very involved in the purchasing process beyond giving small advice here and there and demonstrating the use of the more advanced water pipes. Theres a limited selection of "cool and new" but an infinite selection of the classics and there are some new vape devices too.

Higher prices than elsewhere and truly awful customer service. Up in smoke on 21st avenue is like 5 munutes away and a hundred times better. Wish I had never even set foot in here, but hopefully someone else can learn from my mistake and save themselves some serious hassle, heightened blood pressure and money.

The glass was overpriced for the same peices as everwhere else. No unique glass. Most importantly the worker was compleatly useless and rude. Tryed asking about a product (kratom) and the employee didnt know anything about it and was disrespectful towords us for asking.

This shop has everything! All major brands are here. They have some nice custom pieces from some well know artists. Staff was friendly, but not pushy. Let me take my time and look around. If youre serious about glass this is a cant miss spot at the beach!

Purple Haze

Best Smoke Shop in Myrtle Beach. Possibly one of the best on the East Coast... great high end glass, and for ridiculously good prices. You can find some of the same stuff up north for 2x-3x as much.

BEST Smoke shop in town... Some of the other shops are little more than crappy sex stores with a few pipes. They definitely have the BEST selection and best high end glass in town! Keep on keeping on!
