RUDE! I was told by the kid, that "I just wont be able to satisfy YOU with what you want." REALLY? I asked about a flavor and looked at me like I had two heads on my shoulder. He never heard of Creme Brulee. I asked about a bigger tank for the batteries that I have, and instead of helping me, he wanted me to buy a totally different set up, in which I did not want to do. I just wanted to see what other options I had for my batteries. ANY other shop that I have ever gone to, took the time to show me what they had, and explain to me how they worked. NOT this guy.............could care less about a customer and taking the time to explain and show. Instead, brushed me off and said what he quoted above in my first sentence. Plus the set up HE wanted me to buy would have cost me way more then what I wanted. IF you want horrible service, go there, but NOT for ME! Ill take my business elsewhere.

First of all let me say the person that help me was great! Thanks again for providing great in-store customer service.... But yall have really dropped the ball for as the online customer service. No phone number for ppl to call. I DONT UNDERSTAND! Myrtle Beach, SC is a tourist city so why wouldnt you have phone number. No Website and still not response back from FB. Im beyond pissed. I spent $60 in this store and now Im all the way back home and the the VAPE doesnt work! If I would have known that before I drove back home I would have for sure taking it back. I could have spend my money locally that way I could go back to the store to get my money back or for it to be fixed. Already put in stop payment so if that doesnt work I will be back to the store to get my money back. FOR SURE.

The staff told me a certain vape that I purchased was $65 but when I checked my bank account the next day it said the store charged me $90. I called the store and instead of offering to fix the problem, they rudely blamed it on my bank and stated there was no possible way it was their fault. No way my bank would make its first and only error at a store with no set prices, no receipt, or no price confirmation. If the staff is the type that would scam me on my purchase, they are definitely the type that would delete negative reviews. You can bet that I will be keeping my eye on these reviews to make sure this is not deleted because if it is I will gladly continue to repost it. Do not buy from these scammers.

Got there about midnight, and the guy there was friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable, as well as flexible. He explained salvia and cbd oil to me, the latter of which I had no clue existed, let alone how neat it is. He even had an e-pen filled with it that I could sample! Best of all, he sold me the potpourri for ten bucks off, and even threw in a pipe (for my tobocco, of course!) since I was at the beach RIGHT before payday, and at minimum wage, that means a lot. Ill be back every time Im at the beach, and I might even buy a place down there, if I can expect the townies to be like him. Truly outstanding.

Never buy cigarettes from them! I was told that it would be $8.00 a pack (by the way that is sky high) after I purchased them I checked my bank account and seen they charged me $12.89 for one pack of Newport within 3 mins I walked back into the building and asked them why, they tell me it was because of sales tax and all sales are final.Needless to say i got ripped with bad service and rude employees....never!ever! ever! will I buy from them again!!! P.S. I bet if I had cash the "sales tax wouldnt be that much" they are robbing people from their credit cards

Every time Ive been to blue smoke Ive had an excellent experience. These people know what theyre talking about. Theyre friendly and personable. They have a HUGE selection. Its definitely worth checking out. They also have great deals. And will always give you the best deal they can. Great people, great shop. Plus they have an adorable dog there. How can it get any better?!

Purchased 3 CBD cartridges and a battery. Within 24 hours all 3 cartridges quit working. The employee basically told me there was nothing they could do about it. The same employee who sold me the items then demanded proof of purchase the very next day. 120.00 dollars down the drain. Do not do business with these shady people!

Malfunctioning products with over $140 purchase and the manager refused to replace. Unless you are fine with donating your hard earned $ do not shop here. All sales are final even if your products are faulty and do not work!
