This is nothing against the staff, but more against the higher ups. When you get in a shipment of a product and it sells out within 30 minutes of the store receiving it, and you are out for the WEEK, I feel like there should be an adjustment in the shipment if this has been going on for a few months now. I am just so frustrated that they carry my product, but they NEVER have it in. Even so, the employees call in and ask the warehouse about the status of the product and when the warehouse staff says, "Oh, we have so much of it here, I dont know what to do with it!" I cannot help but feel relatively annoyed sitting here unable to buy my goods. You are losing a number of potential sales like this :/

Hustle Nomics

It used to be cool when the male staff was working here but today I encountered an unfriendly, rude and ignorant staff. She basically kicked / rushed me out while I was looking around and it wasnt even close to the closing time (the store is still open now), and there were no other customers in the store. The staff did not know what I was looking for until I found it myself behind the shelves. I dont write Google reviews and this shows how offended I am; I regret spending my money here today because of that clerks unprofessional attitude. I am going back to my man Crazy Eddy, peace

Spoke with employee on the phone to ask a question. In addition to the apathetic tone and attitude I received from the employee, the response I received was essentially: I just come in to work and leave work, I just work at a head shop, I dont really care. Would say it is horrible customer service, but that was not even customer service. Will not step foot in the place after the phone experience. I suggest you stay away.

Should of known when the chick working inside said "ooh better double wrap this one", purchased a water pipe, a quite expensive one at that, got home and closely examined it, has a HUGE crack going around the diffuser, very very disappointed by the dishonesty of the employee, most definitely not my first purchase, have spent hundreds of dollars at this location, but certainly my last!

By far the best smoke shop in town. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Their prices cant be beat and you never feel pressured into buying anything, they just want to help you find the best product to fit your needs! They keep a well-stocked, clean store with a wide range of price points so that everyone can leave with a smile on their face

I called to ask if they had a product in stock, and they said that they did. I drove over there and it turns out they had no idea what they were talking about. Dont expect them to be able to give any accurate information for the products they sell. I had very good help from the location in Raleigh and will make the further drive next time.

This is the only place to buy glass in the area! They have the best inventory and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. I have spent lots of money on glass and have been to many shops but high life is above and beyond the best!

Overall I would have to say my experience in Expressions has always been pleasurable. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great selection when it comes to glass. CASH ONLY!

Really good selection on good quality glass water pipes and pieces. Id recommend Expressions for any smoker, but just make sure you bring a solid amount of cash.

Website says opened at 10am. Sign on door says open at 11am. And phone recording says open at 12pm. You lost businesses because of the confusion.
