One of the better headshops in Western NC with quality pieces. Beware though, my friends and I visited this place on the weekend and theres a clerk there that is a middle aged woman about 55 with black hair (probably dyed). She is a total b!@#h. She was very rude and answered any questions we had very shortly and abrupt. Mind you spent over $1,000 in pieces collectively between five people. Not one sale generated was to any thanks of her, she treated us like we were idiots and didnt know anything or happened to be poor. Most of the items can be found online for far cheaper prices, however, a hefty markup is the price you pay for convenience.

I got the older Magic Flight Launch Box today. It was 128.0$. I found out after I bought it and used it that online its only 79.50 plus a free grinder, with no shipping charge. I really appreciated the help that they gave me, but for a 160% premium (49$ extra) for an older model + a free grinder, I feel a bit ripped off. Anyway, I should have been skeptical and reviewed the information, but I trusted that I wouldnt get ripped off. I think the box is a great choice though.

Very unstable environment. The workers arent treated right. The prices are way too expensive. They do not support disabled people and do not believe in equal opportunity for people with service animals. They overall seem to not care about their customers or employees. I would have gave it a 0 but Google doesnt give that option. I recommend highlife on Patton. Excellent service and the employees seem happy to have gotten a job there. Boo OG u suck

An Asheville staple for me Staff always friendly, smiling, helpful, never stuck-up or condescending, and I think that with all the shops that have gone under in A-ville over the years,. the rest of the pack might want to take notes on how to treat customers, they could stand to learn a few things I would be happy to have staff like this were I to own a retail shop in Asheville

I stopped in a couple times in the last few days needing assistance with some of the new smoking technology. Staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The younger gentleman working today helped me trouble shoot my issues quickly. The folks at the Coxe Ave location were also helpful in my endeavors.

So overpriced I bought a bong online for 133 and some change then I went here to see if could find some flavored rolling papers (of course they didnt have any) and saw no lie the same exact bong for 320 something really friendly staff I ended up buying some hemp wicks but thats all

The OG is the by far the #1 store in North Carolina. They have an unbelievable selection of glass. We really loved the StoK vaporizers and they have the best selection of Kratom around. Lucky Kratom Liquid rocks. Thank you Octupus garden we love all 9 of your stores.

This is a great shop, the staff are super friendly and eager to answer question. My friends and I drive from Clemson, SC, which is 1 hour and 30 minutes away, to visit this shop. We always have a great experience and look forward to returning.
