The only store ill go to for my tobacco needs for one reason and one reason only,the owner and the customer service.the first time i tried going there the door was locked and i wasnt sure of the business hours so i tried calling the number and got no answer and figured ill just go over to clifton like i always had previously..20 mins later my phone rang and it was the owner himself apologizing for not being open or answering the phone,then was extremely polite and professional answering a couple questions,it blew my mind and got my respect at once.ive since then spent prolly close to 1000$on various items outta store happily,my hats off to this man and his business and im definitely proud to have a store like this with people like this in my city and hope he prospers.33 years old lifelong norwood resident

Best vape shop around. Has quality vape juice, mods, tanks, everything. Everything Ive bought from here has been nothing but amazing and even the atmosphere is great. The owner knows so many people by name and you can have great talks with him. This is the only place I will go to buy vape juice, and the owner even recommends juice every time I come in, and everything he has recommend has tasted amazing. Everyone Ive told about this place has told me nothing but great things and that they will only come here for anything the shop has. My best friend and I have been going here since it opened and we both agree that you wont find a better shop than this one.

Prolly the best atmosphere of any smoke shop. The proprietor is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. A vast selection of blunts, wraps, papers cones, lighters, vapes, hookahs, shisha, and the glass... Classic spoons and water pipes as well as immense rigs with percolators and ice-catchers. Need glass screens or a nail? Got it. Best part: hes at least 20% less expensive than any other shop. Most items(including glass) are closer to 50% less. If youre local, youre probably nodding. If youre not, go see for yourself. Across from Chipotle on Montgomery Rd, next door to a Mercado, in case you need anything he doesnt carry

I have been going to this shop since it opened, and its amazing. Ive bought 2 Hookahs from here, and countless amounts of Shisha. All of it is of the highest quality. The owner is great with customer service, and always helps me with picking out exactly what Im feeling like smoking that day. His vape liquids and boxes are amazing. Hes very knowledgeable, and shows me how to use everything I buy from him. Everything is very well priced, and 9 times out of 10 are cheaper than any store Ive been too. I love the atmosphere and will continue to shop here!

Great selection, best prices in the city, and the owner is always there and always willing to spend the time talking to each customer about his products. Great selection of e-juices as well, and if you are looking for traditional tobacco products, his glass selection is by far the best in Norwood!

The hours online said the store was open at 9am and I rode my bike a few miles to get there. It wasnt open so I gave them the benefit of doubt and waited till 10 and no one showed. It looks like a nice store but posting hours on the doors and sticking to them would better the experience.

Its is 11:11am store supposed to be open at 10am. Very upset about this. Had $300 willing to buy a nice new piece but unfortunately I now have no time to wait around. Only have 30 min break. This is bull crap 4 real. Think I deserve a nice discount if I even decide to come back

Anything I need when I need it for good price. The owner is friendly, and good at making sure you leave happy. I dont shop anywhere else locally anymore, because there is no better "in store" shopping experience locally. If you need a smoke shop look no farther.

Ive been here a handful of times over the course of the last 6 months, and all of my experiences have been great. The owner is nice, and has a great selection with juices up to stock. This store is much better than the studio vapes store, which is a block away.
