Long review but bare with me....Went in to buy LJ Smith stair parts which they have advertised on their website and in store. Im told they have a new supplier but the parts should be similar. That should have been my red flag but I ordered them anyway because the big box stores didnt have what I needed. Placed the order on a Thursday and was told they would be in Monday (I had to prepay for the order). Monday came no phone call. Tuesday morning I called and was told one computer system showed they were here but another computer system said they werent. No idea what that means. The rude lady on the phone said she would print the invoice and have the salesman call me back. That call never came. Went to the store Wednesday and told the person at the desk I was given an order number but had left it at home. The rude lady from the phone said "Alot of good that does" and was then told the parts were in the Raleigh store and were never shipped to this one like they said they would be. So now Im waiting a week for parts that should have been shipped next day. TERRIBLE customer service. If I wouldnt have to wait so much longer Id cancel my order and buy somewhere else. Never spending another dime at this place.

Zero for service. They dont answer the phone - it goes to voicemail - and they dont return calls. If you call the main number they tell you "this is the corporate offices" and offer to connect you to the store, which just gets you back to the same voicemail. Maybe they are good for large contractors with accounts, but despite the big sign in the window that says "public welcome" they really are not. Dont waste your time with them.

Xerox customer service stood there for 35 min in the rain and watch several employees doing nothing but talking they passed and walked in front of me multiple times never asked if I was being helped or if I needed help nothing not even a hello if I didnt work for a company that spends a lot of money here then I would never come back the service desk doesnt seem to care the place is unorganized and full off lazy employees
