Its been almost now two months since I purchased floors from them and yet no floors have yet to be installed. It has been a most frustrating time dealing with Home Depot as the have just no clue what is going on. They contract out, dont communicate with contractors at all and buyer gets stuck in waiting mode. We have lived on the phone or at the store complaining or just trying to figure out what is going on. We waited over a month when a contractor showed up to say floor was slightly unlevel and wouldnt install. This would have been noticed if HD didnt cancel out scheduled measurements. Plus they misordered amout of product. So instead of getting any special treatment we are now back at the end of the que. 2 more weeks. Will be almost 2 months by the time they hopefully are installed. We also asked if we could have our new fridge and stove delivered in the mean time and when they decide to move floors to just uninstall and then reinstall. Nope, they dont do that. They dont hookup appliances. Are you kidding me? Need a hammer,a light bulb HD is fine. Never purchase through them needing them to install anything.

Most amazing experience at Home Depot ever! My husband and I had an exhaustive list of things we needed for our new home. Hes carrying the one year old and I am seven months pregnant and are completely lost as we are new to the area and had never been to this location. Bonnie from Kitchens literally escorted us all around the store finding everything we needed, set up a delivery for a shed, and rang us up! This woman deserves a raise!!!! I am now a West Seneca Depot devotee.

I will like to say that this young kid adel was so kind to help me find a combo kit for my husband he spent a half hour with me explaing the kits with me. i bought a ridgid kit from him from now on when i come to home depot i will come and find adel. I think he should get a reward from the best person there. thank you Home Depot.

I had a lot of projects to do over the warmer months that just passed -- How could I not give these folks five stars? Ive visited and made purchases from over 80% of the departments, and whenever Ive needed assistance, someone was always there with a full overstanding of what it is that theyre there for. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

This is the closest Home Depot to my residence. The store has everything you would expect from a Home Depot. The staff has always been friendly and helpful during my interactions with them. Small complaint - the restrooms are nasty sometimes which is no fun if my toddlers need to use the facilities.

I purchased a patio door on discount from the WSeneca store. When I procured a truck to pick up the door, I was informed by the building dept that the door was gone... in that it had been resold. Home Depot made no effort to replace the resold door and simply refunded the money I paid.

West Seneca home Depot was very good, went to blasdell yesterday OMG !!! Employee s need a lot of tweeking !! To much in a hurry to leave or go to break or whatever that is if u can find someone to help u , West Seneca was very pleasant staffed well and super helpful.☺️

Larry Hergert is wonderful he help me out so much i order so much stuff and they did not have at the west seneca store but he called around and got it for me now this is the only Home Depot i go to Thanks Larry
