I recently bought a 2011 Acura MDX from Apex Car & Truck Sales. From start to finish it was a GREAT experience. Id done my homework and was pretty set on the make/model/year of what I wanted to get. When I saw they had what I wanted listed in their inventory I called them up to make sure it was still in stock and also to make sure the timing of my visit was ok as they were very close to closing. They told me to come on in. I was greeted by David the owner as well as Michael Ketter who was the salesman I dealt with. The car was pulled around all ready to go when I arrived. Michael showed me around the car, got a copy of my license and sent me on my way for a test drive. Even though it was very near closing time they pressured me in no way at all and allowed me to take my time. I ended up staying at the dealer a good 15 or 20 minutes after closing and was made to feel I had all the time in the world. Once I settled on the car and got my financing taken care of at my bank I called them to let them know I was ready to buy. When I showed up everything was ready to go, just had to sign a few things and I was on my way. A few things that set this dealer apart: 1. Price! I cant necessarily comment on the prices of other vehicles on the lot but the car I bought was priced WAY below similar vehicles Id seen. So much so that I told Michael up front that I was good on the price and saw no reason to negotiate any further. Especially considering bullet point #2. 2. NO DOC FEES! Take the sticker price, add 3% sales tax and that is your out the door price. No hidden or additional fees. 3. All vehicles come standard with a 3 month/4500 mile limited warranty. Not many used car dealers include any kind of warranty. 3 month/4500 isnt that long but its enough to give you a little peace of mind in the unfortunate event that something goes wrong shortly after purchase. 4. Fantastic pricing! Like I said Id done my homework and knew what I should expect to pay for such a car. Their price was $2300 below NADA value and came in under my budget enough that I was able to purchase a 4 year unlimited mile warranty. Given the vehicle I’d been shopping for and my price range this was a totally unexpected bonus. All in all this was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. In fact it’s not even close. They were trustworthy, easygoing and made the buying process a very easy low pressure experience. Five stars. I’d give more if I could. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I highly recommend Apex Car & Truck Sales if you are in the market to buy a great used car. All vehicles are fully serviced and inspected and come with a 90 day 4500 mile extendable warranty included at no extra charge! Very few dealers offer a warranty with their used cars. This family owned business (father & son) are very selective in the cars they choose and take pride in every vehicle offered. My family just purchased our third vehicle from them in the past 12 months - a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country. I decided to have the transmission serviced at Apex Transmissions while it was still under warranty and they discovered a slight leak which was undetected during the Apex Sales inspection. I called David at Apex Car & Truck Sales and he immediately went over to Apex Transmission so he could inspect the leak. At that time he apologized and said he would stand behind the product he sold me. The warranty company ended up paying 60% and David agreed to pay the balance, less my $100 deductible! WOW! A typical dealer would have probably said - sorry, we are NOT responsible for paying anything, thats why we include a warranty. But these guys are clearly NOT your typical used car dealership. In my opinion, Apex Car and Truck Sales went ABOVE and BEYOND to support their customer and my story proves that they care 100% about the vehicles they sell. No high pressure sales tactics - just honest, nice, professional people that care about exceeding your expectations. That is why I continue to recommend this dealership to my family and friends. You wont find a better value when purchasing a used car!

My experience with Vehicle Dealerships are like everyone else who have been shopping around for a while for a vehicle. I live in Fayetteville and had to get an Uber to a dealership and walk miles to all the other dealerships in that vicinity. There were sales representatives that constantly put pressure on me, tried to haggle the best deal for themselves and would beat around the bush when I would have a serious question about any vehicle I had interest in. This is very typical for most vehicle dealerships. I decided to look outside of Fayetteville and the Kia from Apex car and Truck Sales caught my attention. The price was already fair on the web but they were able to go even lower down to fit my bill while they took a harder hit. They were honest with the price and even sent me a picture of the little dent on the door for me so I could choose if I wanted to spend the $60+ for an Uber to go look at the car. Apex Car and Truck Sales personnel went over and beyond and did not treat me like a source of income but rather a person who needed help. I appreciate everything you all did at Apex Car and Truck Sales and I hope that all my future dealings with not just vehicle dealerships but people in general would be as well as my time there at Apex Car and Truck Sales. I highly recommend anyone looking for a clean car at a fair price looking to be treated as a human being and not a check to view their current inventory and give them a call. You wont regret it.

Absolute nightmare. Bought a Nissan Altima for my retired mother from them. Drove ok on the short test drive. Started misfiring on the long drive home, steering wheel shook. I intended on balancing the tires. Four days later car was missing so bad it died twice in traffic. Had another steering problem as well not covered by warranty. $536 to repair. Two bad sensors $300 to replace to resolve misfire issue. Took car back, owner was very apologetic, wrote a check for $500. Son was incredibly rude, never apologized, acted like I was in the wrong. Simply told me, "well it drove fine when I drove it". Insinuated that I should be thankful that the father wrote me the check and that 99% of other dealers would have told me to "hit the road Jack". Three weeks later, car throws P0420 code. Catalytic converter, almost $1000 dollar fix. Havent even had the car barely a month. Clean CarFax but after inspection car has obviously been wrecked. Use extreme caution when purchasing from this dealership.

Just purchased a 2005 Chevy trailblazer from these guys and had a wonderful experience doing so. Ive been to many different dealerships in the last few months and this by far has been the best experience yet. The staff here were wonderful and the Trailblazer that I purchased was in beautiful condition and only had about 88,000 miles on it. Ive been looking at trailblazers for months now and this is by far the cleanest one that I have found. This dealership seems to do a great job at finding low mileage cars and trucks that are in great shape. Another great thing is that this car came with a 90 day/4500 mile warranty which took away the worry of buying something used. Immediately after purchasing the vehicle I drove it over 400 miles to where I work at in Georgia and was completely satisfied. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and with the experience I had at this dealership and would highly recommend anybody looking to buy a car to check this place out.
