I hope you take the time to read this post. Most people are going to condemn the dealership and everyone who works there because they bought a car that has problems. Keep in mind that this is a USED CAR dealership, and one should expect some issues when buying a used car. With that said, the vehicle I am purchasing is not an exclusion to that rule. I have had such a fantastic experience with everyone at Ontario Auto Sales in Lockport that I feel the need to shout it from the rooftops. When I entered into the contract to purchase a 2008 Pontiac G6, with 87,000 miles (all in all a pretty solid car), I fully anticipated having to replace some parts. During the contract review with our salesman Kyle, who was not aggressive or insistent, it was explained to me that I have a 90 day or 3,000-mile warranty . . . whichever comes first. Kyle told me to bring it in for any noises or issues so it can be repaired and/or documented . . . and that’s exactly what I’ve done. Many of us who must buy used cars have been down this road before. Either the parts break after the warranty expires or whatever goes wrong isn’t covered. I’ve had 4 minor issues (squeaks [bushings], rear door lock, headlight, etc.) and a few more major ones (hub, intermediate shaft, breaks). When I call in to report an issue, If I’m forced leave a message, the call is returned promptly. No matter what the issue, big or small, Karen, the service department manager schedules me for the next day . . . 48 hrs. at most. Never one complaint, argument or attitude. Parts are either fixed or replaced at their expense. By now I would have thought when they see me coming I would get a “What now?!”, but I am still met with a high degree of courtesy and a smile. They have earned my trust and business, and if you give them the opportunity I know they will acquire yours.

This is an awesome dealership. This dealership gave me a chance when no one else would finance me. They have great customer service and a super mechanics, especially the manager. Very friendly people make it an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. I have seen some negative feedback which I cannot and will not agree with. First of all this is a "used car" business. One should expect to have to make repairs and replace parts. This is no different than if you buy a new car. Over time parts break. And when it comes to repairs, this is what sets Ontario apart from other dealerships. Their customer service is phenomenal. They will work with you to resolve your mechanical problem and in most cases will go above and beyond to help their loyal customers. I truly enjoy this company and the people who work there. They are professional, friendly and really care about giving you good customer service, not just lip service.

I needs something simple to get me from A to B. They had the car I needed. When I need it looked at they do it. I had an issue with the transmission and not only did they fix it but Karen put me in a rental car at no cost while they had it. Best service Ive ever had. Dave is my sales guy. Had me in and out in my car the same day. Larry is always friendly and when he sees me he always says if you need anything just let me know. He keeps his word.

Rip off kings. Cars priced 5 times their worth. Stay awaya from these people. Miss one payment they dont work with you. One missed payment they repo car sell at closed bid auction and guess who rebuys car them. Leaving you with over 10000 in debt for a 10yr old car worth maybe a grand. Rip off kings stay away!

I would never go back there I bought a 3 years ago from them payed it of 8 months early and took the car in September for inspection and failed because the frame rotted out.
