Ive been going to this location for over a year. Today I simply called the location over the phone to ask if they had certain nail gel lamps. So I asked the lady to tell me what brands she had in stock. She put me on hold. Then she came back on the phone to tell me only ONE brand. Then I asked thats all you have. Then she sighed and said hold on. When she came back on she told me TWO more brands. I then said ok. How much do they run ? She then sighed and said look in the website. I said the website doesnt have the unit on it. Then she said I dont have a cordless phone. I said thats not my fault. Youre a sales associate thats your job. Im simply asking for prices for products at your location. I said theres no reason for you to be loud and belligerent with me. I asked whats your name. She said its JESSICA. I said let me speak to your manager. She said the manager isnt there. I said REALLY? So I hung up and called customer service. The customer service rep told me JESSICA is the STORE MANAGER!! Are you kidding me?!! Im waiting to speak to the district manager. But if I didnt love the prices Cosmoprof has on high end products I would never ever go back. What a disappointment.

I have to personally agree with the other reviews regarding this location. I wish the place was more in outing and upgraded. Its really dark and dingy looking. There is never anyone at the register or the front to greet you or even acknowledge you. Grant it no one likes to be hovered over while shopping but, some help or acknowledgement would be cool. They dont have everything that a typical Cosmoprof should have which is annoying. The associates are always sitting in the back room and wont come to the front unless you call them. There are never any samples such as other locations. The location is deserted, its within a four store front parking lot. Everything about this place reeks! I only give it two stars because of the Cosmoprof name and of the overall lower price points. I also wish they would have more deals or coupons on a regular basis. Dont expect anything short of disappointment from this location on Northern Blvd. only check it out if you know what youre going in for and thats all.

Dont shop in the Woodside location! It is ridiculous!! Every time I come here I have the same problems. Customer Service sucks!!!! The girls are so rude!!! They talk about their personal problems in front of clients! They talk about their low salaries! Personal things we dont care about!! You cant ask them anything cause they NEVER know. Simple things as in where is so and so product or would you happen to have more in the back. They dont open on time! You have to stay outside waiting 15 mins to half an hour till they show up! It is insane! I much rather Paramount on 58th and Queens Blvd! If I must buy from here I rather pay $15 shipping and handling. Hate this place.

The worst customer service the workers at this location are unprofessional.They are careless and rude and have no information on their products. The manager is in the back on her cellphone without a care in the world.Their prices are off cause the workers dont care to update anything in the store so when you get to the register the prices dont match and they are letting people without a license buy products by using someone elses information. THE workers are sealing. The place needs to be investigated asap.dont expect any samples cause the workers are taking them home.

Poor customer service the workers need to be retrain and more informative with the products they are not professional at all corporate needs to get involve.The prices are off they are careless the manager has no strength to run the place she as well is careless on her cellphone in the back.THEY are using other people information to get products for unprofessional not license customers.also employees are stealing the products and what ever goes on sell they take it for themself corporate needs to come and check camaras worst cosmoprof ever.

I shop at the Eatontown, nj store and have never had a bad experience. Toni, Jessica and the manager Cathy are so sweet, always inform me of sales and upcoming events. These girls have helped with special orders, any issue I have they take care of with the utmost professionalism. By far the best customer service of any cosmopro Ive been to. I cant say enough positive things about these employees or the store. Thank you!!!

Location is Convenient for me but have to agree with the rest of the reviews. Horrible customer service and the associates are always in the back and will only come when you call them. When you ask for help they either dont know anything or they are bothered. Place needs to have more items like the other cosmos have.

I like this place,but they never haven an adequate stock of matrix colors. The employees are nice,I never have any problems. They seem bored to be there,not there fault. Place needs a little music or something. .. Ill keep coming back,just not that often.

Nice selection of things just not everything is always in stock like the colors that you need. Need a cosmetology license to shop here.
