I spent $1500 today at the Lowes just up Transit Road from this Home Depot location. Id planned to spend it at this Home Depot but encountered rude associates. One of them yelled down the row to me to take 30 seconds and review their ad outside the aisle way so he could assist another customer with getting a door down. I wasnt reviewing an ad, I was looking at their brochure on storm doors to find the sku number for the one I wanted. Apparently the other customer was more important to him though so I left my cart full of intended purchases and stated Id go spend my money instead at Lowes. No apology so I guess their associates dont actually care if they lose customers to competitors. I wont shop at this Home Depot location or any other ever again. Hello Lowes, welcome to my patronage and future monies Ill be spending with you instead of Home Depot.

I called looking to get a price on some metal tubing on a saturday at noon. it wasnt even like they were close to closing and didnt want to take my call, which is rude, but I would have understood at least a little bit. I was on a relatively tight schedule as I had work later that day. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, and in that time the woman on hold asked me what I had a question about. When I told her she said she would redirect me, Approximately 10 minutes later the exact same dialogue happened but with a different associate until I was hung up on. 0/10 would not call again

The girl at the pick up counter was extremely patient and nice and professional. I placed an order for in-store pickup and the girl i spoke with on phone in regards to half my order being shipped to home instead of store on the other hand was extremely Rude! Zippo customer service! She should not be working for you! The girl at the counter for in-store pickup on the other hand needs a raise!

I went to this Home Depot to rent a load and go. The employee at tool rental said they would hold one of the two trucks while I looked at appliances. I came back after shopping and was told both were gone. I talked to the manager and was told they dont hold trucks. I would have rented a truck right off the bat if I hadnt been told they would hold it.

Decent selection and nice staff. Noticing more and more they run out of some bulk options fairly quickly. Had to get some cabling and wall mounts/RJ45 jacks and they didnt have enough of the plain "white" color available. Seems like they are holding less inventory due to their online business which is a bit disappointing. But its fine.

I was 4th in line to rent equipment which is no problem but they only had 1 person to help everyone and that person continued answering the phone. Several people left because of the lack of help I finally got served after the manager was called in to help that was only after people complaining.

94% of the associates at this home depot truly do not care if you go to the competitor-- its just less work for them & they know/think they will always get a paycheck. the select few associates who sincerely DO care never get recognized. Lowes here i come. ;) <3 cornerbead

I like Home Depot. I sometimes have a hard time finding an available associate as it seems to be understaffed. But what retail locations arent these days. Most associates are helpful and curtious and the store seems to usually have what im looking for.

This location has no idea what they are doing with online orders. Wasted my time using the online process should have just gotten the item myself and used self checkout. I will avoid this location in the future, that is how bad my experience was.
