This place needs to be torn down so that something usefull can be built in its place. who ever runs the parking lot is the biggest tool and has the worst business sense. A few weeks ago on a saturday i had to go pick up a friend their. But literally 2 seconds after i pulled in he called me saying that he walked down the street to the city center, so i turned around and went to the exit, where i gave the parking attendant my slip and $5. She told me that parking on saturdays was $6 which i was unaware of, i explained to her that all i had in cash was $5 and if she looked at the slip she would see i had just pulled in 3min. At this point she gave me my money back and closed the window to the parking booth, i went and parked my car and went back to the window explaining that i just went through my whole car and that the $5 was really all i had in cash and asking if she could make an exception seeing on how i had only pulled in for 3min. She replied that know it had been 15 minutes and she would have to charge the full rate( it had been 15 min because she didnt make an exception to begin with and i had taken the time to go through the whole car to look for extra change). I told her i had no extra cash but i could use my debit or credit card, she proceeded to point to a sign that said cash ONLY. At this point i asked her if she could call her manager to see if they could make a exception seeing in how i couldnt very well stay their all day. She got on the phone to ask if she could let me through with just 5 dollars (heard the whole conversation from her end at no point did she say i was being difficult ,abrasive, or any indication that what i will mention later was required). She got off the phone and said her manager will be right out. After about a 15min wait a cop car pulled up saying that they had received a call saying that their was someone causing a disturbance. At this point the manager came out of the mall, to let the cops know that he had made the call and that i was abussing the parking attendant.(At this point i started laughing at how ridiculous this whole thing was). i explained to the two officers the whole thing and told them if i had the extra $1 in CASH i would gladely pay it and that i wasnt being rude or confrontational and they could ask the parking lot attendant(who did confirm this). At this point the manager shimmed in by saying that he was trying to run a business and didnt have time to deal with stuff like this(time he could have saved by just letting me through) and that he wasnt going to make an exception and i would have to find an extra dollar. To which one of the cops responded by saying that he had wasted THEIR TIME, he then proceeded to give me the extra dollar i needed, rolled his eyes at the manager and i distincly heard him say "what a douchbag". At which point i could finaly leave. (Also i would have taken cash out of the ATM in the mall it wasnt for the fact that it wasnt working. Like i said in the beginning what a tool and no wonder that place is practically dead all the time.

Unbelievable the parking lot was like driving into a downtown Bronx free parking area car got scratched up potholes all over the place that was just the beginning they do not take credit cards its hourly parking and you have to pay in cash the inside of the place was unbelievably dirty and if they just opened I could not believe that the super or the cleaning people could not clean this place its not that big of a place it does not get a high traffic area another disappointment

People come to this mall to walk around in the hallways . Pretty much no one here comes to spend, just a place to either waste time or clean up in the bathroom . Its extremely outdated and dark, in some ends of the mall it feels abandoned . The people here I assume hate their jobs because when I had went shopping here, just quickly everyone seemed miserable. After that I had left and went to the mall a little down and had a very pleasurable experience there .

Yes this is a shopping mall with culvert security. Private clean password locking bathrooms for shoppers or maybe pass personnel. Athough its much more than a shopping mall. At intervals it Subcontracts facility space for The Board Of Cooperative Educational Services of Southern Westchester.

Every time I come here, or even drive by, I cant avoid the thought that the place had so much better days, and that it can still have good days. When there are many options only few miles away, you must offer better options.

Its a run down mall with less and less stores. The main tenants are the NYS Motor vehicle department and the Chinese supermarket. Very little to no attention in upkeeping. Sad.

Its an old run down mall. Really cool if you are into that kind of thing. The parking lot is really expensive. Street park if you can. The Habachi place here is pretty good.

Not alot going on, quiet low amount of traffic, McDonalds is probably the most relavent and Kam Sen the asian market where you can also buy a hot meal sit eat, then shop

It is a shabby, unkempt and rundown "mall". If you can call it a mall. There is an awful smell of putrid meat. Toilets are disgusting. It is like the bad part of town.

A little run down and the parking is expensive. Most stores seem like they are withering away but the Chinese supermarket is pays for your parking if you buy there!

Such a shame that this mall is underutilized. McDonalds in the building needs a complete revamp. Sadly, the only one in White Plains where there used to be three.

hard to find parking unless you pay the big money to park in the un-secured lot, kinda dark inside with lots of empty store fronts, DMV was a drag

A dad remnant of what it used to be, which wasnt much anyway. Other than the market with its exotic foods and the DMV it has a treaty tired feel.

Standing in line waiting for the DMV to open. The entire mall smells like a dirty toilet room. Maybe the should invest in air fresheners?

Only go for the hot yoga. Parking is plentiful, but only worth it if you get reimbursed. Smoothie place closes earlier than posted hours.

This mall is so flipping weird. The shops are random, but the DMV is very efficient and convenient. The parking lot is $7 and cash only.
