How is it possible that they re did this mall nicely but what kind of management doesnt stop think of putting public bathrooms if you ever been to this mall after the remodel its huge and there is no food court just restaurants now all you have access to is stores alot of small boutique stores as well and none of them will permit you too use there restroom even when you ask politely so now you have to travel around asking other stores if they will allow you to use there bathroom espicially if you have an infant or children with you this is a big inconvinence I hope they take this issue seriously and add more bathrooms closer to entrances of the mall it just makes common sense

Firstly, pretty hard to find a close place to park, the parking is pretty weird. Secondly, I came here to specifically get a scarf from Bloomingdales. Lucky for me, they had one left of the scarf I wanted. The actual inside of this mall is exceptionally clean and well lit. I really like how the center of the mall had Chinese lanterns in celebration of Chinese New Year. There is a good selection of stores in this mall however they are more on the expensive side. I really like how there is a Free People store which is more typically an online store. When I have more time I will definitely come to this mall for more in-depth shopping.

The mall is great. Im there almost every weekend. Although there is no food court, there is a macaroon stand, Starbucks, and Auntie Annes, as well as Teavana. Although the parking lot may look full, the mall is rarely crowded - even on Black Friday. If you are still unsure, the mall features Godiva, Lulu Lemon, Vineyard Vines, and even an E.L.F. store. The retail workers at e.l.f and Sephora are very kind and helpful. The only problem is the bathroom because they are gross. Other than that, the mall is great.

Forget the food, you dont need food at a mall, but the candy store, can we please bring that back! Im a little sad for the extensive renovations. I like that the mall is small and not too crowded. I hope it doesnt turn into another Roosevelt Field Mall. Im glad new and better stores are coming soon, but Im not happy about another level. I think we should get rid of Macys though and Lord and Taylor. Bring in Neiman Marcus!

Pretty good mall. Its an excellent alternative to Roosevelt field, as it has most of the stores Im interested in, while maintaining a scale that isnt overwhelming. Itd be nice if it had a few more options for food. Some of the sit-down restaurants are ok (PF Changs, Cheesecake, Frisco...). But a Chipotle or slightly quicker alternative would be nice when you dont have time to sit for a meal.

Decent collection of stores. The forever 21 inside was a horror show when I was there. Clothes on the floor, I mean it looked as if a tornado hit the store. On top of that the kids working there have no conception of what a salesperson is and I say this because most of the staffs attitude was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It was almost as if they didnt want you to purchase from their store.

Really nice mall! Would love to see more stores in here but other than that its really nice and clean. It would be nice if some employees wouldnt follow you around in certain stores thinking youre going to steal. Its rude and I dont think people would drive all the way from where they live to come to this beautiful mall to steal or be shunned. Besides that, I think this mall is wonderful.

The stores are very high end and more on the womans shopping agenda. Store after store of designer bags, shoes, a yoga shop. Electronics stores, apple,microsoft & sony. There is no fast food places or a food court. You have to leave the mall and walk a bit to the restaurants. When I shop Id like a place to sit and just get a drink or a coffee without an entire waiting staff for food.

The Walt Whitman mall is a very high end mall. It can make you feel poor just walking around and looking at the high end stores. The only problem is they have no place to eat unless you wanna eat at Starbucks. You have to leave the mall then go back inside if you were say Christmas shopping. That can suck if its raining or snowing out.

The Walt Whitman Shops are much different from the former mall, with a further emphasis on high end stores rather than just being a normal mall. It works, but not well enough for its location. Many stores that people in the area would like are missing, and replaced with fancier stores. Overall its a good mall, but not for much.

Very clean, upscale mall. So upscale, there is no food court here (rich people dont eat at food courts). Many restaurants outside of the mall and the lesser brand name stores have entrances outside of the mall too. Pretty small compared to Roosevelt Field and Queens Center. They have garage parking but not a lot of spaces.

Beautiful new mall completely redesigned from its previous looks as well as vendors - tends to have a lot of high-end stores but you can usually find what youre looking for, except for parking! Something combination of Roosevelt field mall - and sure to stop by Cheesecake Factory for lunch or dinner etc.,

One of the nicest malls Ive been to. Been coming here for years. Clean and never crowded. My only wish is the places on the outside had access from the inside. Only reason I come here these days is to walk off a full belly after eating at the cheesecake factory or to go to the apple store.

Drinks are huge though expensive. Had the ribs were ok themselves and were smothered in BBQ sauce. Giving 4 stars for the wings. Dont be fooled by the number of wings to price these are HUGE wings. I had the sticky sauce wings and they were absolutely delicious. Would go just for those.

Its a decent mall. There are quotations from "Leaves of Grass" etched in the shapes of leaves on the outside walls. The only electronics store inside is an Apple store, but a Best Buy is next door. Ive never tried the food, but Legal Sea Foods is a famous Boston-area chain.

Clean, the renovation gave the mall a modern, elegant feel. Not much variation when it comes to shopping. The majority of stores are expensive, up-scale and are not middle-class, lower-class friendly. Not the place to go if youre looking for reasonably priced clothing.

Small but nice mall. Renovated in the past few years with a lot of new stores. Unfortunately these new stores arent accessible from the inside. Having to go outside is a bummer. Besides that its a good mall. A few high end stores. Needs more food options though.

Attended a workshop on the new virtual reality glasses and software that was amazing at the microsoft store.....they are always helpful and friendly and you can tell the staff enjoys working there. Definitely stop in and give it a try....
