Today I went to Macys and the mall. I parked three cars away from the Macys enterance on Boston Post Road side and when I came out of the mall, during broad daylight, my car had been stolen. Apparently there are a lot of cars being stolen from the mall according to the police but it is not made public and the security acted as if I had been mistaken and parked my car elsewhere. The police were helpful but they said the security camera which was on the Macys building did not keep footage but only real time so if you are carjacked or run over in the parkinglot they can see you but would not have any proof of what happened or who did it. Be aware of safety concerns since the security apparently isnt. I will stay away from here from now on and if this is what goes on during the day, beware at night.

A lot of things are over priced and there are always swarms of teenagers walking around. The Food court has gone downhill in recent years with many of the establishments trying to pass off Chinese food as "Texas BBQ" and the sort. The security seem to be on top of things very fast, but despite this doesnt seem to deter the types of characters that create situations all that often. I love how they decorate at Christmas time, but I honestly wish the mall lowered its rent charges on the stores so they could lower prices to reasonable levels. Also - they seem to be very flip floppy about being open on Thanksgiving day. Wish they would just stay closed so people could spend time with their families.

While paying for earrings at piercing pagoda I got attacked from behind by a mentally challenged teen, I am 5 months pregnant, and his aid did nothing about it jus grabbed him and left, took awhile to get him off of me, the lady working the register did not call security or anything, nobody did nothing and had to find security myself, by that time the aid and mentally Ill teen had already left. He ripped off my necklace and left scratched all over my chest. Who would think you cant even go shopping without getting attacked at the mall and no one would do anything about it, not sure how to handle this situation. Any advice?

Had an awful experience leaving the mall tonight. The mall closed at 9 and I attempted to use the restroom by the food court at 9:07 on my way out after dinner and shopping. I was stopped at the entrance to the restroom and told that they were closed?!? Not only did they close the restrooms they made a mother sitting on the bench outside of the restroom get up so they could move it in front of the entrance to block it off. There were still a ton of people in the mall and the movie theater is still open for hours. Why would the restrooms close at 9?

The mall used to be crawling with teenagers - something I could totally handle, but now its full of trash. Ive been harassed by groups of men and practically pounced on by the kiosk people. Its all in all an aggravating experience. The stores are completely lacking and unless you can go on a weekday in the morning good luck finding anything. Rarely are stores ever clean or up kept, and in general the mall is falling a part. Maintenance seems to be unable to keep up with leaks and problems in the floor. Overall it needs a massive improvement.

The post mall has changed for some of us whove been around. Some changes for good and some for bad. I was in forever 21s dressing room and there was no hooks to hang either the clothes your trying on or your belongings etc....then I strolled over to Express and one of the sales associates looked over me and asked a Caucasian lady if she could help her. However I must say the gentleman at Macys Chanels fragrance counter was absolutely Amazingly thoughtful and helpful!!

I like this mall a lot - generally clean inside and most of outside, good stores, easy highway and local access, and has a nice cinema, restaurants, and foodcourt. But I have to dock it for the ridiculous parking lot design. Pathways seem to be designed to make you circle around where youre trying to go and are very narrow. People sometimes have to stop to let each other pass. And that area near the main entrance seems patterned after some kids doodle.

Very over rated. Its a soul-less bland building on the outside and the inside. You can skip most of the bottom level. Theres a small number of decent shops clustered around the center of the upper level. If browsing malls is your thing there are better ones in neighbouring towns. If you want a day of shopping id suggest getting the train into Manhattan. Id only recommend this place if you need a quick trip to a specific store.

Carrabas-Went here because my Manchester location closed suddenly without warning so was hoping to find an alternative to continue visiting. Service was horrible. Server didnt even know regular menu items, waited an hour once seated just to get some bread, then when the check came was over charged by $20. Food was still tasty but not worth going out of my way for since the service here SUCKS.

The way they constructed the place was poorly thought about, the place is way too big for no reason the stores are regular sized and them putting all the stores into 2 levels and in a straight line makes it feel like you have to walk 3 miles just to get to your destination, having a theater there is a nice add-on where you can entertain your kids while you do your shopping.

This mall is my home away from home. Im here every weekend and it has every store I need. The restaurants are awesome and the food court has more than your typical fast food joints. It has barbecue, Johnny Rockets, Asian bistros, and classics like Subway and Taco Bell. The movie theater is the best I have ever been to and worth the price. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I moved 10 years ago from NEW HAVEN .CT milford mall was my mall then BUT Damn now the mall is SO MUCH BIGGER BETTER ITS WONDERFUL . TO COME BACK TIME TO TIME .COMING FROM ENFIELD. CT JUST TO GO TO THE MILFORD MALL .AND NOT EVEN JUST THAT THERE IS MUCH MORE STORES AWESOME. .CANT WAIT TOO SEE WHAT ELSE THEY PUT THERE.

Lovely mall with a lot of shops that Waterbury mall just doesnt have such as torrid, 2 floor H&M. This mall has a full target inside as well! Go for the day, there are plenty of places to eat if not in the mall, then certainly within 5 minutes of the mall. Also, even on a saturday, the mall is not extremely busy!

Good movie theater that has show times different than most theaters in the area if those dont fit your schedule. Decent restaurants. Decent stores. Wish the mall was open a little longer or there were a few more stores open long around the food court where the movie theater is since its open much later.

Very large place, directorys around often, the stores there are more likely to have newer items released. Large food court with Johnny Rockets, Taco Bell, ice cream place, Wrapped foods (burritos n such), Asian foods, subway, pizza place. Theyve got a movie theater but its rather strict in certain times
