I would not deal with this company. I was on the phone with one of Daniels employees to speak with Daniel to add to an order that I placed the day before. I am a new customer and this was my first experience dealing with Grapes. The employee told me to hold as Daniel was on the other line. A minute later the employee informed me that Daniel was now gone and away for a week on vacation. Really??? Who does that to a new customer trying to give him business?? I would never spend my money there and really hope I am not charged for my initial order especially since they were not shipping it for a while. The employee on the phone said I wasnt even in the system. I inscribed to their email notifications of deals for the future as well. Stupid on their part as I am an active buyer and a new customer for them.
