I just want to mention the terrible customer service that I received from the cashier upfront "Maryann" she was rude from the second I came to the front with my mother and our detergent and coupons. She immediately called For the store Manager Michael who is actually an excellent store manager, very friendly, polite, informative and above all patient! She kept rolling her eyes and shrugging her shoulders and treating us as if shes doing us a favor. She refused to calculate the amount for me when I asked, she immediately asked the store manager to change places with her bc Im obviously being too much of a pain for her. She was terrible, should not be in retail. Lets not forget it is because of customers that shes employed.

Every month I get the same medication at the rite aid store in West Islip and the store does not carry it until the doctor calls in the prescription in. I have been on this medication for over nine months. Now since it is Friday I have to wait until Monday for the pharmacy to order it them it comes in on Wednesday. I tell the pharmacist every time I pick up the medication to order the medication and have it in stock. This is a very bad way to run a pharmacy. My prescription goes from month to month same dosage same amount of pills.

The manager named Nicole was the nicest sweetest person ever to me when I came in, not to mention cute lol. She helped me look for a back brace when I had no idea what to look for. She also helps on register when its crowded. Truly an asset to retail

Have always had good experiences at this Rite Aid. Definitely worth noting that the hours shown reflect store hours. The pharmacy opens an hour late and closes an hour early.
