This is one of the worst florists Ive encountered. My mother ordered flowers and balloons for my daughters birthday, only the flowers came, and they were wrong. They refunded the money for balloons but did not with the wrong flowers. Then they had the gall to tell my mom that they can replace the next day, but they would have to take the flowers back.... Now its around 2 days later, and yes its been hot in New York, but the flowers are dead..and not dying, but petals falling off dead. Customer service is not included with this florist. I hope that this posting helps...run far away from this place.

Disappointed Valentines bouquet. So apparently Rainbow colored roses and blue roses are a thing. I shopped around for someone who could do it and do it wel. Without using a synthetic spray. She said yes and no problem and it wont be an issuse, Ive done it plenty of times. All lies. The bouquet I picked up looked horrible and to make matters worse she used the floral spray paint we specifically discussed NOT USING. NEVER AGAIN, they went into the garbage.

Awful, Awful , my wife was suppose to receive flowers for her birthday. It was suppose to be early in the am and the total cost was $80.00. Needless to say it didnt get to my wife until the day after her birthday and the flowers were awful. 8 flowers, cheap in plain jar that looks like it was from the supermarket ...Total rip off. People at store blamed Trump for not having delivery people. Do not even think of using this place.

Trust the bad reviews, this place is a pass. I wont go into the dramatic details, but I will let you know that the lady laughed at me when I told her I was upset. I then told her that I didnt think it was funny, her response was "I wasnt the one that took your order". This shows a real lack of ownership and poor service.

Prices are decent. They deliver on time and correctly. I have ordered from them at least 5 different times for different occasions. Always courteous.

They delivered on time but not fresh flowers was delivered. Some of the flowers were already dry.
