Where do I start.... lets see... the fact these guys had my bike for 2 months when originally said 1 week? The fact that Matt was never available when I called? the fact that he avoided talking to me like the plague? The fact they put parts on my bike with out even asking me first? the list goes on and on... I wish there was one good thing I can tell about this dealership unfortunately there isnt any. If you buy a bike from them you might have a different experience, I bought elsewhere and brought to them for a repair. Never again.. The only time they wanted to talk was when they handed me the bill. I will never take my motorcycle to them again

When you go there. No one will address you and say may I help , or give me a moment Ill be right with you ! High prices , they have been only Harley dealer on Staten Island many people I know used to drive to jersey ! When you are the only one you got people by the balls ! And they dont like to explain things to you , its just here you go here is the bill ! Maybe if you buy your bike from them you may get better service ! Lets see what the new owners do ? If they get new workers and change their attitude ! Still new owners no photos of inventory or workers

Great people at this store!! They really get into understanding what a customer wants and is looking for in a motorcycle and they definitely help you find what is best for you. Robert and the team did me a solid. I am not from these parts, but if you have a HD you are part of the family. I called them up and explained what i needed done to my VROD and that I was from another part of the city. They took me right away and had me rolling within 90 minutes. They have earned my business! this is what happens when Buick buys a Harley Dealership..douche heaven there. Its no wonder Harley is always crying bankruptcy. Places like this..at least just like every other Harley dealership in the 5 boroughs that shutdown..so will this..

Great Harley center. Things can get slow in the summer (duh...) but they do excellent work. They have been my goto HD dealer for over 20 years. Just call for an appointment if theres no snow on the ground...

They only sell Harleys (not to get confused with the Manhattan location). The only reason why they gets 3 stars is because of there limited selection that is kept in a shed.
