They STEAL Parts. Avoid them. I gave in my HP Pavilion laptop for repair. I suspect the motherboard was fried and turned out to be the case. I was given a ridiculous estimate for repair and i declined it and just paid them the diagnostic fee. I took it home and decided to salvage the parts. They stole one of the two Hitachi Hard drives (HDD) and left the 15GB recovery HDD. They also stole TWO aftermarket Kingston 4 GB RAM cards [Memory cards] I installed and replaced it with a cheap no name brand 2GB card. When I called them up they denied it first and 5 min later said the parts "might have been defective". But I was never given the parts- which theyve done in the past. If you decided to use these guys for repair just expect to have your expensive factory parts stolen and replaced with cheap/possibly unsafe parts. Do yourself a favor and find another reputable repair service.
