I needed help getting my laptop for work up and running. I went to a BIG chain store and it would take 7 to 10 days to get diagnostics completed. That wouldnt work for me. I pass by Computer Link a lot so I stopped in. I explained what was going on and my urgency to get it fixed. Sure, there were some communication bumps, but I dont speak Chinese either! We got that straightened out. Jennifer told me she would talk with me later that day, which she did. She said my HD was loaded with trojans and had a bad sector. This was 8:00 pm. She said she could have my machine with a new HD (twice the capacity of my old one) up and running late the next day. WHAMO!!! The machine was ready and working when she said it would be. She also cleaned up my external HD. The store is not very neat but they are a repair shop, not a S/W seller. I would recommend this store if anyone asked me and going back with a friends laptop. Pricing was fair as far as I am concerned.

I took my computer there to get repaired and they didnt have the part to do so. They called me and told me the part was a certain amount and that I would have to pay the entire amount before they would look at my computer. They held my computer while i collected the funds (Note: their receipt has no agreement or storage fees listed). I realized that it wasnt worth the money to fix and went to get my computer. They tell me that Im being charged storage fees (again no agreement was signed nor listed). I am presently getting a lawyer to sue the company to recoup the funds i did put toward getting my computer repaired. SAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First visit was exceptional. Speedy service and treated less like a customer and more like a neighbor (instead of those large chain stores that see you as a number). Run by a friendly Chinese couple. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Price was fairly standard compared to other places, but the service is what made it stand out.

I have been dealing with Jennifer & Mike since 1997 and they always get the job done well and within budget. I have never tried any other dealer because I trust them and there is no reason to switch. I highly recommend them as a good service provider is near impossible to find in any industry.

If you ever need something to be repaired as soon as possible this is the place to go. Their service is fast and they do an excellent job on repairs for laptops, computers, Iphones, and Ipads. I would definitely come back for future repairs.

This place is horrible! The ppl are rude and seem not to know anything! They seem more interested in selling you stuff rather than breaking down specs and seeing if the part works on your setup

they dont know what displayport is..... they thought i meant a display port as in vga or dvi.......
