I had a broken screen and they worked with me to get it replaced pretty quick for a reasonable price. However, the new screen seemed rather dark and nothing I did seemed to fix it. I took it back and they fiddled with the same settings I did and it wasnt any better. The one guy said it looked "normal" to him, but I knew better. He wanted to send the screen back to test in case the supplier just sent a bum screen. But that would mean my being without the laptop for a week - and I rely on the thing for two businesses. I did some searches online and found someone with an almost exact same situation. Long story short, there were two video drivers activated at the same time. I deactivated one, rebooted and the screen was back to normal after a calibration. Theyre nice guys and maybe good at physical replacement of hardware, but I think they should have done more to troubleshoot the brightness issue. It took me maybe an hour tops online to work it out. If I had listened to them, Id be down a week and it still wouldnt have solved the problem.

do not bring your computer here! they are totally unprofessional. i left my computer there too long and they said they sold it. granted the store policy is they hold it for only 60 days. they called me once, claimed they called multiple times. when i finally went in to look for my computer i found it in their display for sale.i was willing to give them the money for the repair. but they would only sell it to me for double the repair price. they were completely unreasonable. they kept no records of the repair job. they changed their story with every question i asked. no one would admit to being the boss, after 2 employees at different times told me the third man was the owner. i so regret bringing my computer there. i should have heeded the warnings in the prior reviews and brought my computer to a reputable and legitimate place. please learn from my mistake and dont give these horrendous people your business.

During the past two years I have had several desktops and laptops repaired at least six times by Computer Doctor in Union, New Jersey. My experiences have been uniformly excellent! They give free and accurate estimates which is remarkable.....most places charge up to $100.00, unless you have the repairs performed in their shop. They tackle all brands of computers, printers, and related equipment, and also make house calls! The work is done at reasonable costs with good quality parts, and the repairs are done correctly the first time. The two computer technicians/engineers (both named George) are wonderfully competent and courteous. Due to high volume of repairs, they are rarely able to return your computer on the same day, unlike other companies. Perhaps that is a small area of improvement. What more can you ask? You do not need to go to any other place. I recommend Computer Doctor very highly.

They said my computer not being able to normal boot was a software issue. But when I changed the graphics card on it, it was working fine and could normal boot. They refused to acknowledged that it was really a hardware issue and that replacing the graphics card was the way to go. Charged me $100 without fixing anything. Called them again and refused to help me at home and insisted to come over instead. NEVER let them fix custom built PCs, they can only fix Dell ones. Never coming back again. Waste of time, waste of money.

The best computer store in the whole tri-state area. Affordable prices, great costumer service and fast time around. I needed a HD replacement and a new OS. I dropped off my laptop in the morning, received a call about 7 hours later to let me know it was ready. An additional to the quick time around Jorge Sanchez and his term were able to recover all my files, including pictures and my school documents. I would definitely recommend this place. Great job guys, keep up the great work :)

I went to Best Buy to fix my computer. They charged me $99 to check my computer and after 7 days they told me that the issue was the motherboard and it was going to be $350 more to replace it. I took it to Computer Doctor and they fix the issue. The motherboard was not bad, they only updated the BIOS on the motherboard and the computer started working normally again. They charged me only $80 instead of the $350 Geek Squad was charging me. 100% recommended.

This place is perfect. I was there a couple days ago and they fixed my dead computer. They are very knowledgeable, honest and professional people that know what they are doing. 100% recomended for all your computer needs. They also told me that they work with smartphones and tablets. Now this is my preferred place for anything I need related to technology.

After a long period of time finally fresh and new management coming from Interblue web in Morris avenue, union NJ. They gave me a hand with my iMac problems, they fixed it and upgrade the memory. thankfully it was on time to take it to my office but most of all The customer service was great. Theyre so friendly I will recommend this place for sure!

They are the most unprofessional people I ever met. Simplifying my experience....they let you leave your equipment and later they call to charge you $45,00 Just TO OPEN IT !!!!! I ask the guy,why he never mentioned when I walk in. His reply , ^ I dont need to tell you ^....Disgusting way to do business. I wont refer then to no one .

Took my laptop to them to get the charger port replaced, they were nice enough to fix it but handed me back a laptop that no longer had sound. Took it back to them to have the fix the issue they refused to acknowledge that they mistakenly damaged my hardware and fix it. Just take your laptops to their manufacturer.

Computer Doctor in Union NJ worked their magic with my computer bringing it back to life after it was infected with so many viruses. I had all my life in that computer and they were able to recover all my data (family pictures, projects and personal data),excellent service, Five stars indeed!

the place is totally renovated with new management. took my computer there to fix a broken screen, and they did an awesome job. they took the time to check for any other software issues and they also fixed them. very affordable and reliable. for now on, this is my electronics store.
