The best you can get in small business experience. Andy, the proprietor and likely person you will be dealing with, makes the visit as pleasant an experience as possible. Rather than dealing with a salesperson simply trying to sell you something (preferably unnecessarily expensive), Andy makes certain YOU are comfortable with the final choice, and assists your decision with a load of immediately apparent professional experience as well as aesthetic sensibility. In my personal case, an issue with my complicated prescription required me to re-visit after the initial order. Andy was extremely accommodating toward my hectic schedule, to the point of staying open after-hours just to make certain I walk out with the issue resolved. I cannot do but the basic things without my glasses. When my frame snapped a few days ago (about eight months after the purchase), I was dreading the expected hassle and expense of getting a replacement, especially given my previous problems with the prescription. Andy made it as painless and quick as possible - I had the glasses back the next day, free of charge. I certainly did not expect to be instantly offered warranty repair. I have been wearing glasses a few decades now, and Thosoo ended up being the best overall experience I have ever had in that regard. Thank you, Andy.

I cant express how much I love going here! There are a lot of places that just want to sell you the most expensive thing and not even care how it looks on you. This is NOT that place. Andy takes his time with you and only wants to sell you what looks good on you. He doesnt try to push expensive glasses on you for the money. He genuinely cares about how you look in the glasses. I highly recommend going here!
