Used a Sharpie to hide a flaw on part of my frame. Owners son broke part of an earpiece while making an adjustment, then said it was already like that and couldnt be replaced. Most recent visit included at least a twenty-minute wait for attention, only to be pressured to buy a frame I did not like particular fit of; no alternative in stock. I have purchased three complete sets of glasses from this business, always acting cordial and considerate. In my last interaction with Michael, the owner, he expressed anger that I had not recently made a purchase, even stating "Ill never see you again." Having moved to the South, I will now not even consider returning to this business while visiting my hometown/family. I am disappointed with the entirety of my experience as a customer. Substantial lens and frame markups at a small business should be accompanied by a decent level of CRM.

I ordered two sets of frames from Michael at I Fetish Optique. Not only did they have a wide selection of super cool options, they were so helpful and friendly - Michael and his son, Alex. I couldnt decide on what to get but they were patient and helped me figure it out. They actually made it fun. Some time after my purchase, I got to work with I Fetish Optique on the other side when I developed their new website. Working with them as my client only confirmed to me even more how much they care about their customers and the quality of products and services that they offer.
