Customer service seems not to be a priority here. Very rude receptionist, I was billed for extra services and unaware until the bill was sent to me via email a month later. Why email? Trying to dispute my services was such a hassle. I came in to verify a prescription in my second lense, and left with the understanding that I would not have to worry. The receptionist actually laughed at me in such a sassy tone when I called to inquiry why the bill. She huffed and kept putting me on hold. As a manager myself, this lack of phone etiquette is alarming. I would not recommend this place. I no longer am a customer at this place. Still did not receive a call, apology or understanding of the extra charges. I spent well near $900 on two frames and this is how customers are treated? Absolutely not worth it!

My family has been going to Dr. Deutscher for several years and has always had a good experience. She makes practical suggestions and understands each patients needs. We all look forward to our eye exams and trying on the variety of frames that they sell, especially those that they have designed themselves. A cool feature is the software that they use to order the glasses once you have your prescription.

I have been going to Dr. Deutscher her since she open this location. I didnt know what to expect when I first came and its a patient. But I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough her examination was. Now every for all of my friends and take my two children to Her as patients. She is the best optometrist Ive ever been to and Ive been wearing glasses for many years.

I love everyone there, their friendly, personable and attentive to everyones needs. My son and I have been with them for many years and no matter how far I live from them I make my way back. I only trust the Doc ( thats what I xall her) with our eyes. CAP

Went in for a contact lens appointment at 4:30 just to sit on the couch. They either overbooked or took other people before me because I still dont have contacts. An apology would have been nice. Future reference: keeping appointments helps keep customers.

I had my first visit to Bright Eyes this morning and the experience was great! The space is clean and open. Dr. Sumati was very knowledgeable and had warm, friendly interactions with all of the people who came in for an exam or frame adjustment.

Unfortunately this place has post phoned my appointments twice to get things done due to mistakes and broken equipment. The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff is pleasant but my experience has been trying.

The new (not really) receptionist lack customer service etiquette. Always sounds annoyed and responds in a condescending tone. Other than that, the rest of the staff is great !
