If you are going to get a print job done please make sure that you have enough time and patience. These guys dont have the courtesy or the professionalism. I ordered something, everything was all set, after 2 hours I am getting a phone call that they ran out of the paper and then 2 hours later when I called they are saying that they ran out of toner. No apologies and I felt like this means nothing to them. So I waited till Monday and called, Manager Dave told me he will find out whether it is possible to get it done by Greece, waited for his call all day, nothing! I called again same situation, they did not show the mindset to make a phone call to Greece to find out, finally I made the call. Now there is a big problem, there printer is not working...... On and on, So I cancelled my order! So the person at Henrietta saying we will cancel your order with pleasure!!! I dont know what to say!!!

The owner of the South Town Plaza in Rochester New York is the worst buisness person Ive ever had the displeasure of meeting. He goes to the personal when things dont go his way. When the franchisor severed relations and left my wife and me pennies, the South Town Plaza owner accused me of not meeting my obligations and made unfounded comments about the cost of my daughters wedding suggesting the money should have gone to him. In reality my daughter paid for her wedding herself.

I dont know why all the negative reviews. My guess is that satisfied customers take it for granted and dont review business. Every time I go to this Office Max, they are courteous, professional, and help me with anything I need. The copy center folks are especially great.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I ordered ink and supplies. They delivered bandaids for MCC!! Then proceeded to tell me I got my order completed!! YIKES GET A NEW DRIVER!!!!!
