Although the wait was long, it was worth it. I received much needed help with my poster and business cards. I had never used the system and Carol was very helpful to make sure my poster was loaded correctly and I had the best business cards that represented my new business well. They need more staff to keep the lines and wait times shorter for customers that do not require special services. Staples also had the most competitive prices and will price match on top of that. The quality of my poster and business cards were excellent and I received many compliments on both products. I highly recommend this store.

Terrible customer service. Maybe 4 customers in the store and still waited for 10 mins after the Asst Manager called for someone to ring my purchases up. Not once did he not look over to verify someone had come over.

Had some time to kill so I went in. Ended up finding some mesh zipper bags that I had been looking all over the place for. The staff was also very courteous and I was asked 3 times if I needed any help. Id go back.
